Pendidikan yang semakin berkembang dari berbagai aspek, menuntut para insan pendidikan untuk turut serta berperan dan terlibat di dalam perkembangan tersebut. Untuk mengimbanginya, perlu adanya pembaharuan dalam pelaksanaan proses pendidikan. Pada perkembangannya, muncul berbagai teori pendidikan sebagai bentuk respon terhadap kompleksnya dunia pendidikan saat ini. Salah satu yang dapat diambil adalah teori ?belajar bersama alam?. Teori ini merupakan salah satu teori yang tidak hanya dicetuskan oleh para tokoh pendidikan, tetapi juga tersirat di dalam Alquran. Teori ini juga dinilai mampu untuk menjembatani perkembangan yang terjadi dengan proses pendidikan yang tepat, karena pada pelaksanaannya ia menerapkan teori humanism yang bersifat Islami dengan mengedepankan teori brain-based learning dan multiple intelligences. Kedua teori tersebut dipandang mampu mewujudkan pendidikan yang komprehensif  dan sejalan dengan koridor-koridor yang digariskan Alquran. Teori belajar bersama alam kemudian menjadi dasar munculnya sekolah-sekolah alam yang memiliki karakteristik tersendiri; yaitu memadukan pendidikan dengan karakter alam, sehingga belajar menjadi lebih menyenangkan dan berlangsung dengan maksimal dan dengan hasil yang maksimal pula.

Social Media is a new phenomenon that can not be avoided its devepoment. The rising of using social media was been penetrating to various circles, especially among juveniles. The use of social media has become very popular among juveniles, itâ€™s used without considering the good and bad. While social media also has a lot of negative impacts besides its many positive impacts. So that, it needs to give attention for them. Because, someone who used social media excessively and without controlling, that case able to be each factor of the occurence something that are not desirable. Like the inclusion of the influence of westernization on the interaction of juveniles, this influence can damage the social and religious order. Thus, Pesantren education becomes the solution towards the appearance of this problem. Because the characteristics of Pesantren (islamic boarding schools) capable of providing comprehensively supervision of the students. Pesantren not only offers intellectual education but also moral education (character) thatâ€™s integrated into the souls of the students.

This study aims to determine the management of information systems, supporting and inhibiting factors in the acceptance of new students at the Puteri Khadijah Islamic Boarding School Pamekasan. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Data obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that first, in managing the information system for admitting new students at the Islamic boarding school, they planned by forming a committee, determining the opening and closing dates, the conditions that must be met, providing website-based forms, and file deposits and evaluating each process carried out. This has been done directly or in writing, after the entire program has been carried out with the evaluation, of course, to find out what is still lacking from the performance to the new student admissions committee then corrected in the future. Second, the supporting factors are the guidance from the caregivers, the direction from the coaches, and also the cooperation of the New Santri Admission committee, completeness of facilities, and infrastructure. The inhibiting factor is the lack of communication between fellow New Santri Admission committees

Nowdays, English vocabularies is taught in early young learners Elementary school around 1-4 grade. Hopely, the early vocabulary learning can stimulate the learners in knowing and to memorize the simple English vocabularies naturally. Then, they have a strong memorization and many vocabularies. In this case, the researcher hypothesizes that the English by using flash card can be an alternative for young learners to stimulate them in finding and knowing new English vocabularies as fun as possible. So they are not aware that they are studying and memorizing many English vocabularies whiles they like playing around, but they got many English vocabularies in their early life. The study mainly aimed at measuring the effectiveness of using English Flash card on young learners’ English vocabularies mastery at GB students of elementary level. English by using flash card is a card that consist of many vocabularies with the picture and has colorfully pictures. where students can acquire the vocabularies and practice their English language skills. There are two problem statements in this study. The first one is whether the English by using flash card have the effectiveness on the young learners’ English vocabularies mastery or not. The second is How significance is the effectiveness of English by using flash card to the young learners’ English vocabularies mastery. The subject of this study is B class GB students which consists of 43 students. Research instrument which are used are tests (pre-test and post-test) and documentation as the major instruments, also observation and interview as the secondary instruments. The study took place for two weeks, from March 23nd until April 6th. The obtained data of tests was analyzed by using dependent t-test (one group pre-test post-test design) formula. The result showed that there is an effectiveness of using English using flash card on young learners’ English vocabularies mastery; and the effectiveness of using English flash card is statistically significant on young learners’ English vocabularies mastery either in 5% level significance or in 1% level significance. It was proven by the result of the obtain data, t0 is greater than ttable (6,48>2,02 or 2,69). It can be drown a conclusion that English by using flash card setting in the classroom have an efectiveness on young learners ability to master vocabulary. Puisi "Tang Bine Majembar Ate" karya Lukman Hakim Ag menggambarkan nilai-nilai etika gender yang relevan dengan kesetaraan, keadilan sosial, dan penghormatan terhadap martabat setiap individu. Dalam puisi ini, terdapat pesan tentang pentingnya menjaga hubungan yang adil, saling menghormati, dan penuh kebijaksanaan antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Penekanan pada kebijaksanaan dan pengendalian diri dalam bertindak menunjukkan bagaimana etika gender harus diterapkan dalam kehidupan sosial untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang harmonis dan setara. Selain itu, puisi ini juga mencerminkan ajaran Al-Ghazali tentang etika sosial, yang mengajarkan bahwa setiap individu berhak diperlakukan dengan adil dan martabat yang dihormati tanpa memandang jenis kelamin. Melalui analisis terhadap puisi ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengajaran tentang etika gender dalam karya sastra memiliki relevansi yang kuat dalam konteks kehidupan sosial. Etika kesetaraan, keadilan sosial, perlakuan adil, dan penghormatan terhadap martabat perempuan sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip etika yang diajarkan oleh Al-Ghazali, yang menekankan kebijaksanaan dan pengendalian diri dalam bertindak. Dengan menerapkan nilai-nilai ini, kita dapat membangun masyarakat yang lebih inklusif dan berkeadilan, di mana semua individu, baik laki-laki maupun perempuan, dihargai dan diberikan kesempatan yang sama untuk berkembang dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan.

This study investigates the effect of the Inside or Outside Circle strategy on students’ speaking skill at the second grade of MA Al-Amien Prenduan. Inside or Outside Circle, one of Kagan’s cooperative learning structures, provides students with opportunities to interact with various partners and practice oral communication in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere. This quantitative research employed a true experimental design involving 40 students divided into an experimental group and a control group. Both groups were given pre-test and post-test assessments, and the data were analyzed using a t-test. The results revealed that the experimental group showed a substantially higher improvement in speaking skill, with a gain score of +19.80, compared to +8.05 in the control group. The post-test mean score of the experimental group (79.95) was significantly higher than that of the control group (67.85). The t-test analysis produced a t-value of 7.214, which exceeded the t-table value of 2.024 at the 0.05 significance level, indicating a significant difference between the two groups. These findings confirm that the Inside or Outside Circle strategy effectively enhances students’ speaking fluency, vocabulary, pronunciation, and confidence.
