Abstract

Connection between basic capacity and developing of career with productivity work labour at PT Merling Bandung.This research as a purpose to know as far as possible bussines to select labour based on basic capacity and how long a bussines developing of career to increase work labour productivity. From this research results were found that; (1) there is a connection between basic capacity with work productivities; (2) there is a connection between developing of career with work productivities; (3) there is a connection developing of career in a together with work productivities.

Abstract

From the observation, archival procedures in Inspection Tax Pratama Office at Bekasi Selatan run well. However, there are several obstacles faced such as the absence of officer assigned in for letters administration, creating confusion. Archival procedures in Section Inspection Tax Pratama Office Bekasi Selatan is procedures of incoming mail and outgoing mail archival procedures. Procedures of incoming mail are receiving, recording and controlling, distribution, and storage. The outgoing mail archival procedures are processing, recording and controlling, storage, and shipping. Some letters stored at Affairs Secretariat staffing is letters (holiday leave, absentee, maternity leave, retired), technical assistance, security, law entrance to the head, and others. Recording the incoming and outgoing mail uses control card. Mail storage system uses decentralized systems and index system applied in system subjects. The facilities used for archival storage are folders, archive shelves, filing cabinets, and file box

Abstract

The fulfillment of the need for transportation with conventional motorcycle taxis or online, the good and bad of each transportation is reasonable if then many users/passengers motorcycle taxis to switch to online motorcycle taxis, but also unfair if the traditional motorcycle are rampant/hostile to online motorcycle taxis. Better Online motorcycle taxis they follow the management of modern motorcycle taxis to still/continue exist. Traditional motorcycle taxis will be abandoned/left by passengers/users, as passenger/users will be looking for more pratical and cheap, traditional motorcycle taxis driver can’t control passengers.Prosession as motorcycle taxis driver became one of the solution to reduce the unemployed rate when viewed from the point of view of MSDM, which is earning income, does’t require special skill it only takes discipline and perseverance in performing their duties.

Abstract

Pelatihan Peningkatan Kompetensi Pelayanan Publik di Kantor Desa Lambangsari, Kabupaten Bekasi merupakan tindak lanjut dari penelitian di Desa Lambangsari Kabupaten Bekasi tentang Inovasi Pelayanan Administrasi dan Kepuasan Masyarakat Desa Lambangsari Kabupaten Bekasi. Hasil penelitian yang menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode Scale Likert (Rensis Likert) sebagai alat ukur tingkat kepuasan masyarakat menunjukkan Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) mendapatkan nilai 84,98 dengan mutu pelayanan B atau Baik. Namun demikian, ada dua unsur yang mendapat nilai terendah; unsur kepastian jadwal pelayanan dengan nilai 3,33 dan kemampuan petugas pelayanan dengan nilai 3,35. Kedua unsur itu menjadi pendorong untuk membuat kegiatan pengabdian di Desa Lambangsari Kabupaten Bekasi untuk memberikan pelatihan dan peningkatan dalam membuat dan mengatur kepastian jadwal pelayanan dan kemampuan petugas pelayanan. Dengan pelatihan ini, para aparatur Desa Lambangsari Kabupaten Bekasi, khususnya pada bagian pelayanan administrasi menjadi lebih terampil dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat sehingga terjadi adanya kepastian waktu pelayanan.
