The activities of community life in Bali have never been separated from a religious tradition. Disseminating knowledge about tradition requires a special method. Hinduism provides religious knowledge to its people by carrying out religious counseling programs, which are expected to provide more knowledge and can enlighten the people in need, considering that there are many people who do not understand the meanings contained in the traditions that exist in their respective regions. In addition to face-to-face or verbal methods, counseling or lighting can also be done through ceremonies as an extension media. One of them is through the implementation of tradition, namely the Ngusaba Gedebong tradition which is located in Ngis Village, Manggis District, Karangasem Regency. The Ngusaba Gedebong tradition has a meaning as an expression of gratitude to the goddess Sri as the goddess of fertility for her abundant natural gifts. The problems discussed are the first regarding the process of implementing the Ngusaba Gedebong tradition in Pakraman Ngis Village, Manggis District, Karangasem Regency is dissected using religious theory, the results of the research include the history, time and place of implementation, means of upakara, and a series of Ngusaba Gedebong traditions. Second, the tri values of the basic framework of Hinduism in the Ngusaba Gedebong tradition in Pakraman Ngis Village, Manggis District, Karangasem Regency were dissected using value theory, the results showed that the Ngusaba Gedebong tradition contained tattwa values, moral values and programs that could lead people to do deeds. based on the teachings of Hinduism. Third, regarding the impact of the Ngusaba Gedebong tradition for the people of Pakraman Ngis Village, Manggis District, Karangasem Regency was dissected using effect communication theory, with the results of the discussion including cognitive impacts (changes in knowledge), affective effects such as changes in emotions and feelings, and related behavioral / psychomotor effects. on changes in community behavior.

Human beings have three debts according to the teachings of Hinduism called tri rna and these debt must be paid in his lifetime. Man in debt of God is paid with Dewa Yajña. Humans owe to parents; ancestors are paid with Pitra Yajña. Human in debt with teachers or rsi yajna can be paid by Rsi Yajña. Humans who have debts will try to immediately pay them. Similarly, the debt owned by a person or a family either to his ancestors or to God will always be paid in accordance with their ability through yajña (a sincere sacrifice). Yajna ceremony in the form of masegeh ceremony has an impact on strengthening the aspects of the economy and aspects of tourismdevelopment in the Village Pakraman Tambakan.

Tourist trend today exactly not only for recreation but how to find peacefull in their mind body and soul. That is why they interest in spiritual side. This chance is used by Mr Putu Budi Astrawan who are one of the tourism stakeholder in Bali. He build the nature spiritual objek that he give name Tamba Sunshine Waterfall which is located in Tambakan Village, Kubutambahan District, Buleleng Regency. The waterfall is around 30 meters high and the objek area is 50 are. There are seven water source around the object which are potentially to be a spiritual place future. There are some effort have been done to build this object such as build the garden, street and view point to see the waterfall. There are a plan to build a restaurant, inn and a place for yoga and meditation activities. There are some constraint such as technical and social constraint. But optimistically this object can be build succeslly in the future.

But one of the most rare tradition which is carried out by the peoples in Tambakan Village is Megoak Goakan as part of Silent day Ceremony which is held every one year. This tradition was held from Ngurah Panji Sakti Kingdom in Buleleng. Big potenstion to make this tradition as one of the tourist attraction, which can be held everyday. Tambakan Village has a strategic location. It close toPenelokan, one route to sangeh, plaga, Tukad Bangkung, bagus Agro to penelokan. The asumtion that the development of this tradition can increase the social income for the peoples in Tambakan Village in the future.

Based on this research, Royal Cocoa Agrotourism as Educational Tourism has good tourism potential to be marketed. But, this tourism has not maximized its marketing in market expansion and technology. So, This research is aimed to recognize the marketing strategy of Royal Cocoa Agrotourism located in Banjar Wongaya Betan. The method used in the research is qualitative and quantitative research (mixed methods) using marketing theory and consumer theory. Data collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and literature study. Then the data is analyzed using discussing Internal External, SWOT Analysis, and satisfaction analysis. The results of this research indicate that the analysis of the internal-external matrix (IE) the position of Royal Cocoa Agro Tourism is in cell IV where it grows and builds. While based on the SWOT analysis, the strategies that can be formulated are as follows: Promotion of Technology-Based Media, Improving road access, Increasing the Government's role, and Increasing cooperation with other parties. While the data analysis of tourist satisfaction towards tourists is less satisfied with the marketing ofThe Royal Cocoa Tourism Agro. Therefore, the marketing strategy in Royal Cocoa to increasing the level of visits in meeting tourist satisfaction is recommended using grand strategy and alternative strategies that have been formulated in this research.
