Abstract

Nowadays free sex life has spread among teenagers because of their lack of knowledge about sex and environmental factors that greatly influence adolescent sex behavior. The 2014 survey conducted by adolescents by the BKKBN said 63% of teenagers in several major cities in Indonesia including East Java had premarital sex. Drop Out Numbers of SMA Negeri 1 Turen students were 3.69% majority because they were pregnant out of wedlock. The results of the preliminary study on March 18, 2016 out of 8 students interviewed there were 87.5% of high school students with less knowledge about sex education. The purpose of this study was to find out the High School Youth Knowledge Picture about Sex Education and the Attitude of High School Adolescents about Free Sex in Turen 1 High School. Method: This study uses descriptive methods. The population is taken from all SMA 1 Turen students in the 2016/2017 school year as many as 892 students. Samples were taken using the technique of "accidental sampling" as many as 167 high school teenagers. The data is then classified, frequency tabulation is made, cross tabulation is then concluded. Results: Of 167 adolescents found 53.89% of adolescents had good knowledge about sex education, 56.89% of adolescents had the attitude of agreeing not to have free sex, whereas from cross tabulation who had good knowledge about sex education and had the attitude of agreeing not to have free sex as many as 57.89% of adolescents. Discussion: After doing research, it can be concluded that the level of knowledge of high school adolescents about majority sex education is good. Midwives as implementers are expected to work with high school teachers to provide material on reproductive health education and parents are expected to provide sex education early in adolescents.

Abstract

Premature rupture of membranes is rupture of the membranes before inpartum, opening <3cm in primigravida and multigravida <5cm. The incidence of KPD in Rati Melati Manukan Surabaya in 2012 (12.50%), in 2013 (15.74%), in 2014 (10.44%). The incidence of KPD is still high compared to the incidence of tolerance (8-10%). This study aims to determine the description of age, parity, education and maternity work on the incidence of KPD. Method: This research is descriptive. The population used was all maternity mothers in 2011 as many as 241 people with a total sample of 93 people selected using systematic random sampling. Secondary data collection from maternal cohort and labor report. The results of the study were made in the form of frequency distribution and cross tabulation. Results: The majority of KPD events occurred at age> 35 years (78.75%) compared to age 20-35 years (88.57%) did not experience KPD, grandemultipara parity (72.73) had a majority of KPDs compared to multiparas (78,72). did not experience KPD, low education (53.57%) the majority experienced KPD compared to higher education (100%) did not experience KPD, working mothers (32.08) the majority experienced KPD compared to those who did not work (77.50%) did not experience KPD. Discussion: there is still a high incidence of KPD caused by maternal characteristics. Therefore, midwives as health workers should be able to reduce the incidence of incidents by providing various counseling about reproductive age, safe parity for pregnancy and childbirth, providing care and IEC tailored to the mother's education, types of work that have the potential to cause complications for the mother.

Abstract

The occurrence of pregnancy causes changes in hormonal balance, especially changes in the hormones estrogen and progesterone. Not many women who undergo pregnancy without pain or pain, but generally feel a variety of minor complaints. As an impact of the physiological changes of pregnancy that are felt by pregnant women in the first trimester and expressed by complaints such as nausea, vomiting, frequent urination, headaches, etc. According to the medical record in BP Anurul, it was found that mothers experienced many complaints during pregnancy, according to an initial survey of 10 primigravida mothers about knowledge on how to overcome the physiological problems of first trimester pregnancy, the majority of mothers had less knowledge (50%). Whereas about attitude, the majority of mothers have disagreements as much (50%). This study aims to describe the knowledge and attitudes of primigravida mothers on how to overcome the physiological problems of first trimester pregnancy. . Method: This study uses a descriptive non-probability sampling design, the sampling technique is saturated sampling with a sample of 30 people. Research instrument uses primary data (questionnaire). The results are processed in the frequency table and cross tabulation. Results: The results showed that the majority of the less knowledgeable mothers could not overcome the physiological problems of the first trimester of pregnancy (81.3%) compared to the majority of good knowledge mothers who were able to overcome the first trimester physiological problem (66.7%). the majority cannot overcome the physiological problems of the first trimester of pregnancy (87.5%) compared to those who have a very agreeable attitude the majority can overcome the first trimester physiological problem namely (80%). Discussion: Knowledge and attitudes of mothers influence the way mothers deal with physiological problems in pregnancy. Therefore efforts are made to increase knowledge and attitudes about the importance of prenatal care through the provision of information on health care during pregnancy.

Abstract

K1 visit is the first time a mother visits during pregnancy. K1 is divided into pure K1 and K1 access. Pure K1 is the contact of first-time pregnant women with health workers in the 1st trimester. K1 access is the first contact of pregnant women with health workers instead of the 1st trimester (more than 12 weeks' gestation). Prenatal care should be done before 12 weeks' gestation. At BPS Enny pregnancy check has reached the target (95%), but in 2014-2016 the average number of K1 accesses (53.76%) was higher than pure K1 (46.33%). This study aims to describe the K1 visit based on age, education and socio-culture at BPS Enny Surabaya for the period June-July 2017. Method: This study is descriptive. The population is all pregnant women who check in BPS Enny for the period June-July 2017. The sampling is done on a non probability sampling with accidental sampling technique. The sample size is 50 people, data is obtained from primary and secondary data, and the results are processed in frequency tables and cross tabulations. The results of the study describe the majority of visits were K1 access as much as 54%. The majority of pregnant women who carry out pure K1 are aged 20-35 years as many as 12 people (60%), have secondary education as many as 11 people (61.11%) and social culture that supports health as many as 12 people (52.17%), while pregnant women the majority of those who conducted K1 access were <20 years old as many as 11 people (64.71%), low educated as many as 13 people (65%), and social culture that did not support health as many as 16 people (59.26%). Discussion: Based on the research, it can be concluded that in BPS Enny, there are still many pregnant women who do K1. Therefore, we as health workers are able to provide information to WUS who are getting married about the importance of early pregnancy examinations at least before 12 weeks' gestation.
