Abstract

Menurut sejarah praktik gadai di Indonesia diawali dengan munculnya perum pegadaian di awal tahun 1990. Pemerintah menerbitkan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 10 tahun 1990 tanggal 1 April 1990 tentang perusahaan jawatan pegadaian sebagai payung hukum implementasi praktik gadai. Sama halnya dengan Pegadaian, Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah juga bergerak pada sektor pembiayaan dengan sistem agunan emas, yaitu akad  rahn. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang berlandaskan pada filsafat post positivisme. Lokasi penelitian di Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara. Teknik samping menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan dengan akad rahn berdiri dengan akad lain yaitu akad qardh dan akad ijaroh.Kata Kunci: Pembiayaan, Rahn, Qardh, Ijaroh

Abstract

Every institution must carry out a promotional strategy to attract customers to want to use these products. Pegadaian Syariah Prenduan branch is one of the Islamic financial institutions that carries out promotional strategies in increasing customer interest, namely by installing benner at every point, gathering, providing cashbacks or coupon draws with prizes, this needs to be reviewed to combine with the promotion theory proposed by Kotler and Armstrong that the promotional mix as a marketing communication medium, has several main activities, namely advertising,  personal sales, sales promotion and publicity. In Pegadaian Syariah Prenduan Branch from 2019-2021 decreased, but there was an increase in 2022. The approach in this study uses a qualitative approach. This type of research is field research. Field research is a research that is carried out intensively, in detail, and in depth on a certain object by studying it as a case. The data sources in this study are interviews, observations and documentation. The targets and locations are used as research sites at the Prenduan branch of Pegadaian Syariah. The promotion strategy of Pegadaian Syariah Prenduan branch in increasing customer interest is 1. Advertising, Personal Sales, Publicity, Sales Promotion in sales promotion has a special strategy to increase customer interest, namely providing cashbacks or lucky draw coupons. In addition, in carrying out a promotion strategy, there are also factors that become obstacles, namely: 1. Lack of customer understanding of social media, 2. Time to promote, 3. Weather conditions.

Abstract

Non performing financing or often known as Non Performing Financing (NPF) is a credit or financing that has been disbursed but is less current, doubtful, and bad. NPF is one of the key indicators to assess the performance of bank functions, because if the NPF is high, the bank is indicated to have failed in managing bank performance, which is above 5% according to POJK Number 15/POJK.03/2017. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Pragaan Primary Branch Office has an NPF of 6% with 73 number of customers who have problems with murābaḥah financing products. This study aims to determine the factors influencing NPF and BPRS Bhakti Sumekar strategy of Pragaan Primary Branch Office in overcoming NPF in murābaḥah financing products In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative, because they wanted to describe the facts through primary and secondary data as well as interview results about bank strategies in overcoming Non Performing Financing (NPF) at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Pragaan Primary Branch Office. The results of the study, the factors that cause the occurrence of NPF include internal factors and external factors. Internal factors occur due to the bank's lack of optimality in analyzing potential customers. While the second factor is external factors which are divided into two factors, namely customer factors and environmental factors. That way the strategy used is different; First, billing intensely with a persuasive approach. Second, warnings in the form of warning letters and auction letters. Third, apply the 3 R (Rescheduling, Reconditioning, Restructurization) such as reducing installments by increasing the maturity period of payment. Fourth, the auction of customer guarantees that result in default.

Abstract

BMT NU East Java Pragaan Branch, has a wide range of savings products. The annual increase in 2020 is that 800 customers have joined the Mudharabah Savings Product. (TABAH), In 2021 there are 1400 customers who have joined the Mudharabah Savings product. (TABAH), In 2022 there are 1700 customers who have joined the Savings product (TABAH), this TABAH product uses Akad Mudharabah Mutlaqah. The problems raised in this planiet are: 1. How is the Process of Implementing Akad Mudharabah mutlaqah in TABAH Products to Customer at KSPPS BMT NU East Java Pragaan Branch 2. How is the marketing strategy carried out by KSPPS BMT NU East Java Pragaan Branch on Tabah products. The methods used are method interview, observation, and documentation. From this method then researchers process and analyze to obtain data or information. The subject of this study was taken from the head of the BMT NU branch, the Savings Sector, the Administration Field. For the validity of the data, researchers use tricoagulation by comparing observational data and interview results. The implementation of the Mutlaqah mudharabah contract is contained in the terms and flows in the management mechanism. The strategy used is: 4p(Product, Price, Place, Promotion). Where this steadfast product is different from other products so it is very interesting to research.
