Abstract

Abstrak. Provinsi Aceh sebagai daerah dengan kewenangan khusus pelaksanaan syariat Islam, memberika kewenangan pendistribusi zakat melalui lembaga non struktural Baitul Mal Berdasarkan Qanun Nomor 10 Tahun 2007. Distribusi zakat produktif yang tepat sasaran menjadi salah satu target pencapaian dalam mereduksi kemiskinan diwilayah perkotaan. Untuk itu, distribusi zakat produktif perlu ditelaah dalam suatu penelitian yang spesifik dalam upaya mereduksi kemiskinan di Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi muliple regression dengan menempatkan kinerja amil zakat produktif sebagai moderating variabel. yang mereduksi tingkat kemiskinan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan sebanyak 100 orang mustahik zakat produktif pada kelompok usaha mikro pada tahun 2017. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa jumlah zakat produktif, pendapatan, dan kinerja amil berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap penurunan tingkat kemiskinan mustahik zakat di Kota Banda Aceh. Penurunan kemiskinan yang diindikatorkan dengan income gap ratio, mampu turun dengan Kisaran persentase penurunan sebar 0,19% - 0,25%. Maka dapat disimpulkan penyaluran zakat produktif dapat mengurangi tingkat kesenjangan pendapatan mustahik zakat produktif.Kata kunci: Zakat, Kemiskinan, Kesenjangan Abstract. Aceh Province as an area with special authority for the implementation of Islamic law, gives the authority to distribute zakat through non-structural institutions Baitul Mal Based on Qanun Number 10 of 2007. The right distribution of productive zakat is one of the targets of achievement in reducing poverty in urban areas. For this reason, the distribution of productive zakat needs to be examined in a specific study in an effort to reduce poverty in the city of Banda Aceh. This study uses multiple regression methodology by placing productive amil zakat performance as a moderating variable. which reduces poverty. Sampling was carried out as many as 100 people mustahik productive zakat in the micro business group in 2017. Based on the results of the study found that the amount of productive zakat, income, and performance of amil significantly influence the decrease of the poverty level of mustahik zakat in the city of Banda Aceh. The decline in poverty which is indicated by the income gap ratio, is able to decrease with the range of the percentage spread of 0.19% - 0.25%. So it can be concluded that the distribution of productive zakat can reduce the level of inequality in productive zakat income. Keywords: Zakat, Poverty, Gap

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and prospects of the microcredit of Baitul Qiradh in Banda Aceh City. Data gathering was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 140 customers from seven Baitul Qiradh. Furthermore, the data were analyzed descriptively using the average method. The study found that in general customers had a good assessment of microcredit channeled by the non-bank financial institutions. Unless useful to encourage the growth of their businesses, microcredit also has an impact on improving their standard of living and well-being. So that they are satisfied with the credit services they receive. Thus it can be concluded that microcredit at Baitul Qiradh in Banda Aceh not only effective for business improvement and customer welfare but also has good prospects in the future.Keywords: Baitul Qiradh, Microcredit, Efectiveness and Prospects.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and debt to cash dividend payments,either individually (partial) or together (simultaneously). This study uses census andperformed on a mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that have met thepopulation criteria. Research data observation period from 2008 till 2011, whichamounted to 14 mining companies that have met the criteria. The analytical method used ismultiple linear regression. Results of this study found an effect on the profitability and debtpayments of cash dividends, either individually (partial) or together (simultaneously).

Abstract

ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh penatausahaan barang milikmnegara terhadap Kualitas laporan Keuangan Pada Dinas Pendapatan an Kekaayaan Aceh . Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode kuantitatif asosiatip, yaitu mengetahui hubungan variable independen Penata Usahan barang Milik Negara dengan variable dependen Kualitas laporan Keuangan Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 25 orang responden, dengan menggunakan metoded sensus, yaitu semua populasi yang memenuhi kreiteria ikut diteliti. Analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dengan alat bantu analisis melalui SPSS 17. Dara hasil analisa selanjutnya dirumuskan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penata USahaan Barang Milik Negara berpengaruh positip dan signifikan terhadap kualitas Laporan Keuangan Dinas Pendapatan Dan Kekayaan Aceh. Hasil uji- t menunjukkan bahwa Hasil uji thitung = 7.326> tabel (2,2167), tingkat signifikan 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0.05 (5%). Disamping itu, hasil uji R pada Model Summary menunjukkan sebesar 0.700 atau 70 %, , yaitu diatas 50 %, jadi pengaruhnya positip dan relatif kuat.

Abstract

The purpose objectives for this kind of research are to analyzing and examining the influences of operation cash flow, investation cash flow and financing cash flow to dividen cash payment at PT. Semen Indonesia Tbk. During period 2011 -2015. After taking regression model we got the result of this research are : (1) operation cash flow, investation cash flow and financing cash flow stimultaneously have influences to dividen cash payment, (2) parttially operation cash flow has postive influences. But for investation cash flow and financing cash flow both are negatives influences
