Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of services at Modern Islamic Boarding Schools and Tahfidz Al Al Ikhwan Assalam Houses which include educators and education staff, curriculum services, facilities and infrastructure, and financing. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Al Ikhwan Assalam Islamic Boarding School has tried to improve the competence of educators and education staff by providing trainings in improving their competence and sending teachers to various trainings held by educational institutions that specialize in teaching education science. Al Ikhwan Assalam Islamic Boarding School uses a modern Islamic boarding school curriculum which includes religious learning and general lessons. Al Ikhwan Assalam Islamic boarding school has complete facilities and infrastructure. The facilities and infrastructure include Islamic boarding schools, classrooms, student dormitories, libraries, prayer rooms, rooms for certain activities, fields, and other learning support facilities such as blackboards, stationery, desks, projectors and others. The Al Ikhwan Assalam Islamic Boarding School has good financial management where the income and expenses are transparent and the administration is clear. Of course this can affect the course of a management in the Islamic boarding school. Because if there are problems related to finance, it can also affect the management process and the learning process. Abstract

This research is to find out whether the bonus given by PT. HNI-HPAI is in accordance with the ju'alah contract. The method in this study is a descriptive analysis method from personal studies on various information such as websites, desktop sites, and other social media. The research shows that PT HPAI adheres to a Multilevel Marketing business work system based on Islamic sharia. There is an element of service in the MLM system, meaning that a distributor sells goods that do not belong to him and he gets a wage from a percentage of the price of the goods and if he can sell according to the target he gets a bonus or gift set by the company. Bonuses or gifts in Islam are called al-jualah. Sell ​​is a wage or gift that has been promised to someone because he has done a job and the wage/gift can be given because the work that has been determined has been completed. According to the DSN fatwa NUMBER 62/DSNMUI/XII/2007 regarding the al-jualah contract, there are 5 conditions that must be considered by multi-level marketing companies, especially sharia-based MLM. PT. HNI-HPAI as a company that adheres to the MLM work system has met the requirements of the DSN fatwa. Keywords: MLM, ju'âlah, HNI-HPAI

Abstract

Permasalah yang ditemukan adalah anak mengamuk jika tidak diberikan gadget. Kondisi ini memperlihatkan ketergantungan anak terhadap gadget yang cukup tinggi. Metode kegiatan pengadian kepada masyarakat ini diawali dengan observasi di Sekolah SDN 054936 Sei Lepan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan tim mulai memaparkan informasi pelaksanaan kegiatan tentang perkembangan teknologi dan informasi, penggunaan gadget yang sehat di keluarga serta dampak positif dan negatif dari gadget dengan menggunakan laptop dan infocus. Hasil kesimpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat tentang dampak positif dan negatif gadget direkomendasi kepada orang tua siswa SDN 054936 Sei Lepan, karena keterlibatan orang tua siswa terhadap penggunaan gadget dapat menjadi alat yang memungkinkan orangtua berinteraksi dengan anak-anak mereka dalam aktivitas belajar.
