Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk melihat bagaimana pandangan mahasiswa terhadap guru kelas dalam memberikan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di MIS Daar Al Muhsinin kepada peserta didik. Seperti halnya pandangan mahasiswa yang diperoleh melalui wawancara bahwa guru bimbingan dan konseling adalah guru yang menyeramkan dan sering dikenal dengan sebutan polisi sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 1 guru kelas dan 4 peserta didik di MIS Daar Al-Muhsinin. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui observasi dan wawancara langsung secara langsung. Hasil dari penelitian ini mahasiswa merasa puas melihat peran layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang dilaksanakan oleh guru kelas di MIS Daar Al-Muhsinin, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan pandangan mahasiswa terhadap peran guru kelas dalam menjalankan tugasnya yaitu membimbing, memberikan nasihat, memberikan teguran, memberikan motivasi, memberikan apresiasi, menjadikan contoh, sebagai fasilitator, bekerja sama dengan wali murid dan guru-guru kelas lainnya. Adapun pelaksanaan bimbingan konseling yang diterapkan guru kelas di MIS Daar Al Muhsinin dalam melatih rasa tanggung jawab kepada peserta didik sejak dini. Adapun peneliti menemukan beberapa kekurangan dalam menerapkan layanan bimbingan konseling yaitu tidak adanya mediasi dan sarana yang mendukung kegiatan layanan bimbingan konseling di sekolah. This study was conducted to see how students view the classroom teacher in providing guidance and counseling services at the Daar Al Muhsinin Private Islamic Madrasah to students. As well as the views of students obtained through interviews that guidance and counseling teachers are scary teachers and are often known as school police. This study uses a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study consisted of 1 class teacher and 4 students at the Daar Al-Muhsinin Private Islamic Madrasah. This study collects data through direct observation and direct interviews. The results of this study were students were satisfied to see the role of guidance and counseling services carried out by classroom teachers at the Daar Al-Muhsinin Private Islamic School, this was indicated by the students' views on the role of classroom teachers in carrying out their duties, namely guiding, giving advice, giving warnings, giving motivation, giving appreciation, setting an example, as a facilitator, working with parents and other classroom teachers. The implementation of counseling guidance applied by classroom teachers at the Daar Al Muhsinin Private Islamic Madrasah in training a sense of responsibility to students from an early age. The researchers found several shortcomings in implementing counseling guidance services, namely the absence of mediation and facilities that support the activities of counseling guidance services in schools.
