Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pelaksanaan kegiatan pramuka dalam membentuk karakter disiplin siswa anggota Gerakan pramuka MAN 3 Cirebon. Yang dilatar belakangi oleh ketidak disiplinan siswa anggota gerakan pramuka pada awal ajaran baru, untuk menanamkan kedisiplinan sepertinya tidak cukup hanya menggunakan proses belajar mengajar di kelas saja, karena hal tersebut harus ada program pendamping untuk pencapaiannya. Oleh karena itu kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka merupakan salah satu hal yang memiliki kriteria hal tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui pelaksanaan kegiatan pramuka di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Cirebon; (2) Untuk mengetahui kebenaran bahwa kegiatan pramuka dapat membentuk karakter disiplin siswa Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Cirebon; (3) mengetahui kelebihan dan kelemahan dari kegiatan pramuka MAN 3 Cirebon. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, peneliti menggunakan metode pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang di dapat menunjukan bahwa (1) kegiatan pramuka di MAN 3 Cirebon banyak menggunakan metode pendekatan dan pembiasaan dalam pembentukan karakter disiplin siswa. (2) Implementasi kegiatan pramuka dalam pembentukan karakter disiplin di MAN 3 Cirebon sudah berjalan secara semestinya, hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya pencapaian 3 indikator kedisiplinan. Disiplin waktu, disiplin waktu belajar, dan disiplin terhadap diri sendiri.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out empirically how the duties of religious extension workers in conveying religious moderation attitudes, what are the strategies and obstacles of the efforts made by religious extension workers at KUA Ciawigebang in conveying religious moderation. The method used in the research is a type of qualitative research, through interviews, observations, and documentation. The result of this study is that religious extension workers are the spearhead of the government in accompanying and guiding the community related to religious affairs. In addition to serving the community in terms of marriage and religious guidance, religious counselors also play an important role in providing education about various government programs, one of which is related to religious moderation. In KUA Ciawigebang District, counseling activities related to religious moderation are not carried out specifically, but are delivered implicitly through various kinds of routine activities, such as through taklim council activities, marriage guidance, sakinah family guidance, and people's economic programs. However, in its implementation, religious extension workers face obstacles, namely differences in people's perspectives in understanding religious teachings, including differences in interpretations of the concept of religious moderation itself.
