Abstract

Ricefor the poor program, known as  Raskin  is one of the government programs to reduce expenditure and the protection of poor families through the distribution of rice with a number and a specified price .in the distribution of Raskin often encountered obstacles or problems, one of them for leveling Raskin  amount received by all recipients Raskin. While there are different social degrees between the receiver  Raskin.  Raskin  distribution given the same amount to all recipients  Raskin, happens because it is still done manually allowing the occurrence of a subjective determination by the village government because it has not referring to predetermined criteria. In this study used methods of SAW  (Simple Additive Weight). SAW weighted summation , namely by finding a weighted sum of the value of the performance of each alternative on all attributes and requires a decision matrix normalization process (X) to a scale which can be compared with all existing alternatives value. The results of this analysis, a decision support system determines the amount of rice for the poor (Raskin ) using Simple Additive Weight (SAW)  in the village Puupi, Kolono, Southern Konawe district. Abstract

Pencarian gedung atau ruangan fakultas merupakan suatu permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada pengunjung Universitas Halu Oleo. Karena banyaknya gedung dan ruangan yang ada pada Universitas tersebut, mengakibatkan pengunjung kesulitan menemukan gedung dan ruangan yang dicari. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem yang dapat menunjukkan lokasi gedung dan ruangan beserta jalur terpendeknya, agar waktu pencarian lebih efisien.Terdapat beberapa algoritma pencarian jalur terpendek, salah satunya adalah algoritma Dijkstra. Algoritma ini menggunakan strategi greedy sebagai berikut : Untuk setiap simpul pada sumber dalam graf, algoritma ini akan mencari jalur dengan cost minimum antara simpul tersebut dengan simpul lainnya.Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah tingkat ketepatan algoritma Dijkstra dapat mencapai 90%. Untuk meningkatkan ketepatan dalam pencarian jalur dapat menambahkan node-node yang ada pada graf yang digunakan. Kata Kunci : Actionscript 3, Algoritma Dijsktra, Jalur Terpendek danMacromedia Flash.

Abstract

Kurangnya pengetahuan dalam mengatasi gangguan pada komputer seringkali menjadi masalah yang cukup serius bagi penggunanya. Kebanyakan dari mereka akan menghabiskan banyak waktu dan biaya untuk membawa komputer tersebut ketempat perbaikan, sementara kerusakan yang terjadi belum tentu parah dan bisa diatasi secara mandiri. Aplikasi analisis kerusakan hardware dan software pada personal computer dibuat agar dapat membantu para pengguna yang mengalami permasalahan tersebut. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), pemodelan Unified Language Modeling (UML) dan Unified Process (UP) sebagai metode Object Oriented, integrasi pembuatan program yang digunakan adalah Netbeans, dan MySQL sebagai DBMS. Sistem ini menganalisis 75 ciri kerusakan yang terdiri dari 15 jenis perangkat umum yang ada pada PC. Analisis yang diberikan berdasarkan hasil perkalian dan penjumlahan matriks ternormalisasi dengan bobot. Hasil analisis yang didapatkan adalah hasil perangkingan nilai terbesar dari ciri kerusakan perangkat yang telah dipilih. Sistem ini juga memberikan solusi dalam mengatasi kerusakan dari kerusakan perangkat yang telah didapatkan.

Abstract

Currently the employee and financial data management in the Faculty of Engineering, Halu Oleo University, Southeast Sulawesi already using computer technology, but overall employee data is entered manually. In addition, data that has been entered in the officialdom service and finance can not be viewed in real-time by an employee of the Faculty of Engineering who are not in the field. Based on these problems, the authors feel need to be made an Human Resource Development Faculty of Engineering, Halu Oleo University. The importance of this system to the processing of employee data can be focused and efficient. In addition, enables the user to enter personal data anytime and anywhere. The test results, the system displays the calculation table details the net salary of employees who relied on periodic salary increases, allowances, and discounts, according to the rule system that applies to the finance department. In this system, salaries are processed only the salaries of employees with employment status of civil servants. In addition, all operations in the system has been running well. Abstract

The purpose of the research that has been conducted by the author is  to build and design an Employee Information System of Engineering Faculty, Halu Oleo University that can maintain  officialdom data for the employees in Engineering Faculty. System that built by the author focus on processing data related to officialdom and position history such as employee personal data, education history, furlough history, training history, position history and ranks history. This System also can generate pension age limit based on the value that entered by the Admin and provides output in the form of report. The author uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) as the system modeling language, Entity Relational Diagram (ERD) as database modeling, PHP as programming language and MySQL as system database. The results of the testing that has been done on the system shows that the system can make it easier for employees to obtain information related to their own respective officialdom data, history of their respective positions and ranks, and also provide data according to their own respective needs in the form of report.
