Abstract

Lack of or excess nutrition during pregnancy during the COVID-19 pandemi can have an adverse effect on the health of the mother and fetus. The fulfillment of the nutritional adequacy of pregnant women in the working area of ​​the Portibi Health Center is still relatively low. The purpose of this studywas to analyze factors related to the nutritional status of pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemi in the working area of ​​the Portibi Health Center. The type of research used in this research was an analytic survey with a cross sectional study design. The study was conducted in the Work Area in the work area of ​​the Portibi Health Center in 2021. The sampling technique in this study was a total sampling of 48 people. To analyze the data is to use logistic regression test. Based on the results of univariate research, it is known that of the 48 pregnant women studied, most of the pregnant women aged 36-45 years, namely 21 (43.75%), high school education, as many as 25 (52.08%) people, working as farmers as many as 24 (50.00%) pregnant women. Bivariate results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge and nutritional status of pregnant women (p = 0.002), there was a relationship of trust with the nutritional status of pregnant women (p = 0.024), there was a relationship between socioeconomic status and nutritional status of pregnant women (p = 0.006), there was a relationship between access to transportation with nutritional status of pregnant women (p = 0.030). It was recommended that pregnant women buy affordable foodstuffs, because nutritious food does not have to be expensive. For example carrots, sea fish, tomatoes and others and make food stocks at home for a few days if the house is far from the market.

Abstract

Kinerja seseorang yang rendah selain disebabkan oleh manajemen skill juga dapat disebabkan oleh motivasi pekerja yang rendah. Motivasi sendiri merupakan serangkaian sikap dan nilai-nilai yang mempengaruhi individu untuk mencapai hal yang spesifik sesuai dengan tujuan individu. Adanya interaksi yang baik antar unit kelompok dapat menyebabkan motivasi kerja menjadi tinggi. Apabila motivasi tinggi, maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat. Maka, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Management Skills dan Motivasi terhadap kinerja dokter di RSUD Padang Pariaman. Jenis penelitian yang dipergunakan yaitu analitik kuantitatif dengan rancangan crossectional, Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh Dokter RSUD Padang Pariaman sebanyak total 52 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Analisa data dilakukan dengan analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil penelitian analisis chi square pada pendidikan diperoleh hasil dari 32 responden yang memiliki manajemen skill yang kurang baik dengan kinerja kurang baik yaitu 26 orang (81%) dengan p-value = 0,000. Pada variabel motivasi diperoleh hasil dari 15 responden dengan motivasi kurang baik dominan kinerja berada pada katagori kurang baik yaitu 12 orang (80%) dengan nilai p-value = 0,000. Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan variabel yang paling dominan adalah variabel manajemen skill dengan nilai (p=0,002). Disarankan kepada pihak rumah sakit agar terus meningkatkan pelayanan yang baik dengan melakukan evaluasi kerja khususnya dokter dengan memperhatikan aspek manajemen skill dan meningkatkan motivasi dengan memberikan reward dan punishment agak kinerja yang dihasilkan bisa lebih baik.

Abstract

An effective HR management can create a work environment that provides a sense of togetherness, supports productivity, and encourages members to work towards achieving goals. This research aims to analyze what factors are related to employee work motivation in the work area of the Pasarmatanggor Community Health Center, North Padang Lawas Regency. This research is a quantitative research with a research design using the Analytical Survey method with a Cross Sectional approach. The research was conducted in the work area of the Pasarmatanggor Community Health Center, North Padang Lawas Regency from September to October 2021. The total sample was 71 employees. The data in this research includes primary data, secondary data and tertiary data. Data analysis was carried out using univariate analysis tests, bivariate analysis using the Chi-square test and multivariate analysis using the logistic regression test. The research results showed that in the univariate analysis of 71 respondents, the majority of respondents aged 36-45 years, namely 35 (49.3%) respondents, had worked for 1-5 years, namely 36 (50.7%) respondents, had a level of D3 education, namely 40 (56.3%) respondents. In the bivariate analysis it is known that there is a relationship between supervision and employee work motivation, there is a relationship between working conditions and employee work motivation, there is a relationship between appreciation and employee work motivation. In the multivariate analysis, there are variables that Abstrak are most related to employee work motivation in the work area of the Pasarmatanggor Community Health Center, North Padang Lawas Regency. Based on the results of this research, it is recommended that policy makers take action related to implementing employee work in accordance with education in North Padang Lawas Regency.Keywords: Supervision, Working Conditions, Rewards, Work Motivation
