Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect between perceptions of organizational support and leader-member exchange on turnover intention for employees. This study uses quantitative methods with research design using correlation research. The subjects in this study were employees of PT. Ronadamar Sejahtera, totaling 60 employees. This study used a scale of perceived organizational support with a Cronbach Alpha reliability value of 0.905, a leadermember exchange scale with a Cronbach Alpha reliability value of 0.878 and a scale of turnover intention with a Cronbach Alpha reliability value of 0.751. The data analysis technique used Spearman Rank Correlation and Simple Linear Regression. This study found that there is a significant negative relationship between perceived organizational support and turnover intention and there is a significant negative relationship between leader-member exchange and turnover intention. Furthermore, there is a significant influence between perceived organizational support and leader-member exchange on turnover intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dan leader-member exchange terhadap keinginan pindah kerja pada pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian menggunakan penelitian korelasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai PT. Ronadamar Sejahtera yang berjumlah 60 pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan nilai reliabilitas Alpha Cronbach 0,905, skala leader-member exchange dengan nilai reliabilitas Alpha Cronbach 0,878 dan skala keinginan pindah kerja dengan nilai reliabilitas Alpha Cronbach 0,751. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi Rank Spearman dan Regresi Linear Sederhana. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan keinginan pindah kerja dan terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara leader-member exchange dengan keinginan pindah kerja. Selanjutnya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dan leader-member exchange terhadap keinginan pindah kerja.

Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in improving human resource quality, yet academic procrastination remains a challenge, as seen in students at SMK Mekar Murni who tend to delay assignments, show a decline in academic performance, and struggle with time management. This community service program aims to enhance students' time management skills through delivering materials and discussions with 25 students from 11th and 12th grades in a participatory manner. The method used is a pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-test–post-test, employing a quantitative approach. Evaluation was carried out using a Time Management instrument consisting of three indicators: long-term time orientation, schedule management, and daily time management. The results show an average pre-test score of 48.00 (Standard Deviation = 4.99) with the majority of students in the moderate category. After the intervention, the post-test score increased to 83.4 (Standard Deviation = 7.37). The proportion of low category students increased from 4% to 68%, moderate category decreased from 56% to 24%, and high category increased from 40% to 8%. These findings indicate that time management training can reduce academic procrastination by enhancing students' understanding of effective time management.
