Abstract

Judul penelitian ini adalah Implementasi Pengembangan SDM Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Bank Bengkulu.  Penelitian ini didasari karena pentingnya pengembangan bagi SDM perusahaan sebagai aspek strategis untuk meningkatkan daya saing dalam dunia perbankan. . Pengembangan dilaksanakan menggunakan metode pendidikan dan pelatihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahaui bagaimana Implementasi Pengembangan SDM Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Bank Bengkulu.Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Bank Bengkulu. Dengan menggunakan tehnik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dengan informan wawancara adalah staff  perusahan sedangkan dokumentasi adalah laporan tahunan PT Bank Bengkulu.Penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik berpikir induktif. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan sumber daya manusia melalui metode pendidikan dan pelatihan telah dilaksanakan dengan baik, secara berkesinambungan, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan karyawan dan kemampuan perusahaan sebagai wadah untuk menambah wawasan pengetahuan. Pengembangan yang dilaksanakan PT Bank Bengkulu  memberikan hasil yang baik dan memberikan peningkatan yang baik pula terhadap kinerja karyawannya. Hal ini dibuktikan bahwa eksistensi PT Bank Bengkulu hingga saat ini.Kata kunci : Implementasi, Pengembangan, SDM , Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

The role of human resources becomes increasingly important when associated with global developments full of competition among organizations. One of the ways that organizations do in facing competition is by empowering and exploring all the potential of its human resources to the fullest. This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior and promotion on employee performance at PT. Priority Bengkulu Branch. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample in this study 46 employees at PT. Priority Bengkulu Branch. Data collection by using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results showed a positive regression direction with the equation Y = 5.820 + 0.546 (X_1) + 0.324 (X2), meaning that if Organizational Citizenship Behavior and promotions increase, the performance of employees at PT. The priority of the Bengkulu Branch will also increase. The coefficient of determination is 0.717 (meaning that the variable Organizational citizenship behavior (X_1) and job promotion (X2) on the Performance variable contributes 0.717 or 71.7% while the remaining 28.3% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this research model. The results of hypothesis testing for the t-test can be seen that X1 (Organizational citizenship behavior) shows a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is a significant influence of Organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance at PT Prioritas Bengkulu Branch X2 (position promotion) shows a significance value of 0.025 < 0.05, meaning that there is a significant influence of job promotion on employee performance at Prioritas Bengkulu Branch Employees. Simultaneous hypothesis testing shows Organizational citizenship behavior (X_1) and job promotion (X2) together positive effect on the performance (Y) of employees to employees of PT. Priority for Bengkulu Branch because the significant value is 0.000 < 0.05. Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Product Quality, Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of product innovation and location on the decision to purchase sponge bread at the fitri sari store in Arga Jaya village. This study used quantitative methods and data collection by observation and questionnaire distribution. The samples in this study were consumers at the Arga Jaya village sari fitri store which amounted to 120 people and sampling was carried out using the Hair et al method. Based on the results of research and discussion of product innovation, it has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase sponge bread at the fitri sari store in Arga Jaya village, meaning that with the product innovation provided by the fitri sari store, of course, this will increase the level of purchase decisions. Location also has a positive and significant effect, meaning that with a location that is strategic enough and easy to access, consumers will increase in decision making. This equation can be explained by the positive influence of each independent variable, namely product innovation (X1) and location (X2) on the dependent variable, namely purchase decision (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine The Effect of Ability on Employee Performance at The Muda Jaya Building Shop, Bukittinggi city either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will examined in this study, including Ablility (X1), Compensation (X2). The object of research this time were all employess of The Muda Jaya Building Shop consisting of 37 people. In this study the authors used the data collection method by means of observation and distributing questionners. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, analysis of respondent’s responses, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant ceofficients and hypothesis testing. From the result of the multiple linear regression test, the regression equation is : Y = 22.808 + 0.511 (X1) + 0.069 (X2) . The result of the t test on the capability variable (X1) show tcount>ttable (2.529>1.687) , and on the compensation variabele (X2) show tcount<ttable (0.357<1.687) . The results of the f test on the ability variable (X1) and the compensation variable (X2) show fcount>ftable (3.285>3.28). So from the results of the test that have been done it can be concluded that the Capability Variable (X1) and the Compensation Variable (X2) have an effect on Employee performance at The Muda Jaya Building Shop. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions of Cang Eng Special Talang Benih Curup Bengkulu Coffee Powder. This research was conducted on consumers of Cang Eng Special Powder Coffee Talang Curup Bengkulu, the population used in this study were all consumers who bought Cang Eng Special Powder Coffee Talang Curup Bengkulu. The number of samples used was 120 respondents. The data that has been collected is processed using the Classical Assumption Test Technique, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Techniques, Analysis of the Coefficient of Determination (R2), and Partial Test (t test), Simultaneous Test (f test). The results of this study indicate that partially the brand image variable has a significant effect on the purchasing decision variable, H1 is accepted and product quality has a significant effect on the purchasing decision variable, H2 is accepted. Meanwhile, the f test of brand image (X1) and product quality (X2) have a significant influence on the purchasing decision (Y) of Cang Eng Special Talang Benih Curup Bengkulu Coffee so that H3 is accepted. The overall significant level is (sig α = 0.000 <0.05). As well as having a regression equation Y = 2.219 + 0.253X1 + 0.608X2. And the coefficient of determination (R2) for the value of R Square is 0.684. Where the coefficient of determination means that together Brand Image and Product Quality make a major contribution in influencing the Purchase Decision of Cang Eng Special Talang Curup Bengkulu Coffee Powder. And the most dominant factor with the largest regression coefficient value is the product quality variable (X2) with a value of 0.608. Keywords: Brand image, Product Quality, And Purchase Decision

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of location on customer satisfaction at Coffee Shop The Coffeebox Manna. To determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Coffee Shop The Coffeebox Manna. To determine the effect of location and service quality on customer satisfaction at Coffee Shop The Coffeebox Manna. This research is a type of quantitative research. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques are interviews, observations, field studies and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. There is an effect of location (X1) on consumer satisfaction (Y) Coffee Shop The Coffeebox Manna. There is an influence of service quality (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y) Coffee Shop The Coffeebox Manna. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, work discipline and work stress on employee performance at PT. Ciomas Adisatwa, Bengkulu City. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research type, the object of this research is the employees of PT. Ciomas Adisatwa, Bengkulu City, which is precisely located on Jl. Lake, Kel. Big Hamlet, District. Gading Cempaka, Bengkulu City, Bengkulu. The sampling method uses the Total Sampling technique, namely Total sampling. The number of respondents in this study was 40 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Testing, namely the t test and f test.The results of this research can be concluded that the Organizational Culture variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Job Stress has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance, and Organizational Culture, Work Discipline and Work Stress together has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Ciomas Adisatwa, Bengkulu City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teamwork and work discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Trisula Ulung Mega Surya. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this study were 100 employees who worked at PT. Trisula Ulung Mega Surya. Data collection techniques in this study used observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study were data validity tests, data reliability tests, data normality tests, correlation tests, and regression tests. The results of the research that has been done is that there is a significant relationship between teamwork and employee performance at PT. Trisula Ulung Mega Surya, by having a relationship in the strong category, there is a significant relationship between work discipline and employee performance at PT. Trisula Ulung Mega Surya, with a relationship in the moderate category. And there is a significant relationship between teamwork and work discipline with the performance of employees at PT. Trisula Ulung Mega Surya, by having a very strong relationship in the category.
