Abstract

A candidate for legislative member is someone who is sent to represent his political party in a legislative part which will be directly elected by the people through general elections. General election is a means of implementation in a democratic system to elect representatives of the people in the people's representative institutions directly, publicly, freely, confidentially, honestly and fairly. Legislative elections are a five-year democratic agenda that is held simultaneously, one of which is to elect members of the Provincial DPRD. Provincial DPRD is a regional people's representative institution that is domiciled as an element of provincial government administration. The purpose of this study is to understand the application of the K-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm, to design a system that can determine the success of legislative candidates in the general election in the Jambi provincial constituency using Data Mining with the K-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm, to test using Rapidminer supporting software, to test the system. Data Mining that has been built uses test data, and analyzes the output generated from the Data Mining system. The appropriate method for this research is Data Mining. Data mining is a data processing method to find patterns in data, the k-nearest neighbor algorithm is one of the classification algorithms on objects based on learning data that is closest to the object. The data used and processed in this research is the data of the elected DPRD members for the previous period, namely the data of the 2009-2014 DPRD members, the 2014-2019 DPRD members' data, and the 2019-2024 DPRD members' data. The results of this study are a system that can provide recommendations for prospective Provincial DPRD candidates for the 2024-2029 period in choosing electoral districts that match the profile and have a greater potential for victory during the General Election based on profile data of elected DPRD members in the previous period.

Abstract

Information is currently increasing along with technological developments, as well as the need for information on employee payroll at the Bandung City Manpower Office. However, in its implementation, employee payroll information is still experiencing problems such as presenting employee data and salary data which takes a long time and sometimes there is a delay in data search and slow processing of salaries and also results in slow report generation. This research aims to build an Employee Payroll Information System at the Bandung City Manpower Service so that it can assist related parties in obtaining accurate, fast and accurate information. The method of data collection by the author uses interviews, observation, and documentation studies. In system development, the author uses the Prototyping approach. For database design used normalization method, table relation, and entity relation diagram. Implementation and design of the program using the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language and MySQL database. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the employee payroll information system at the Bandung City Manpower Service is still experiencing problems, due to many weaknesses in ongoing data processing, such as the presentation of employee data and salary data takes a long time and sometimes there are delays in searching data and slow processing of salaries and also resulted in slow report generation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar dampak implementasi perangkat PDS terhadap kinerja tim Frontend pada Unit Collection, BNI Card Center, Sentra Bisnis Kartu Bandung. Di sisi lain kartu kredit sebagai bentuk pinjaman tanpa agunan berpotensi melahirkan kredit macet. Bank BNI sebagai salah satu bank penerbit kartu kredit memiliki unit Collection pada divisi Bisnis Kartu yang salah satu tugasnya mengembalikan aset perusahaan sehingga memperkecil angka Net Performing Loan (NPL). Untuk mendukung tugas tersebut, manajemen BNI Card Center mengimplementasikan perangkat Predictive Dialing Syistem (PDS). Dalam melakukan penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian Deskriptif Analisis Kuantitatif. Untuk pengukuran faktor kualitas perangkat Predictive Dialing System digunakan faktor Functionality, Usability, Reliability, Performance, dan Supportability. Pengukuran kinerja tim Frontend menggunakan faktor Kept Account dan Kept Payment. Pengolahan data statistiknya menggunakan SPSS 15 for Windows. Implementasi perangkat PDS mampu memberikan dampak atau pengaruh sebesar 62,1 persen terhadap kinerja tim Frontend pada unit Collection, BNI Card Center Sentra Bisnis Kartu Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian terbukti implementasi perangkat PDS memiliki dampak yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja tim Frontend. Semakin baik implementasi perangkat PDS diprediksi akan meningkatkan kinerja tim Frontend pada unit Collection, BNI Card Center, Sentra Bisnis Kartu Bandung, begitupula sebaliknya.

Abstract

Kegiatan bimbingan teknis ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan staf medis di klinik prima husada dalam pemanfaatan sistem informasi rekam medis. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan kolaborasi antara tim ahli IT dan tenaga medis klinik dengan fokus pada pengenalan, pelatihan, dan implementasi sistem informasi rekam medis yang efektif. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi pelatihan langsung kepada staf medis, sesi diskusi kelompok, serta pendampingan dan pemantauan selama periode implementasi sistem. Materi pelatihan mencakup pemahaman konsep dasar sistem informasi rekam medis, penggunaan perangkat lunak khusus, pengelolaan data pasien, keamanan informasi, dan integrasi dengan sistem kesehatan lainnya. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data pasien. Staf medis yang mengikuti pelatihan berhasil menguasai penggunaan sistem informasi rekam medis dengan baik. Mereka dapat dengan cepat mencari data pasien, mengelola informasi medis, dan mengupdate catatan pasien secara elektronik. Informasi medis yang terintegrasi memungkinkan tim medis untuk berbagi data dengan lebih efisien, memastikan kontinuitas perawatan, dan mengurangi risiko kehilangan informasi penting. Selama periode implementasi, tim ahli IT memberikan pendampingan dan pemantauan yang berkelanjutan untuk membantu mengatasi kendala teknis dan menangani masalah yang muncul. Dalam proses ini, kolaborasi antara tenaga medis dan tim IT terbukti menjadi faktor kunci dalam kesuksesan implementasi sistem informasi rekam medis di klinik Prima Husada.

Abstract

Abstract: The Asset Management Information System (SIM-AS) is a series of information subsystems systematically and rationally designed to transform data into information about assets. This system supports decision-making in organizational asset management by providing high-quality information regarding the type, quantity, and location of assets. The SIM-AS was developed due to the shift from manual asset management to the use of digital technology and automated systems. The implementation of SIM-AS encompasses the entire asset lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal, to ensure data that is correct, complete, accurate, and real-time. This system is expected to improve information services and support data-driven decision-making in asset management at Politeknik XYZ. The results of this research show that the design and implementation of SIM-AS at Politeknik XYZ were successfully carried out in accordance with needs and expectations, facilitating asset management and supporting decision-making processes with accurate and real-time information..Keywords: Sistem Informasi; SIM-AS; ASET; Politeknik XyzAbstrak: Sistem Informasi Manajemen Aset (SIM-AS), adalah serangkaian subsistem informasi yang secara sistematis dan rasional dibuat untuk mengubah data menjadi informasi mengenai aset. Sistem ini mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam pengelolaan aset organisasi dengan menyediakan informasi berkualitas mengenai jenis, jumlah, dan lokasi aset. SIM-AS dilatar belakangi oleh pergeseran dari pengelolaan aset manual ke penggunaan teknologi digital dan sistem otomatis. Implementasi SIM-AS mencakup seluruh siklus hidup aset, mulai dari pengadaan hingga penghapusan, untuk memastikan data yang benar, lengkap, akurat, dan real-time. Sistem ini diharapkan meningkatkan pelayanan informasi dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data dalam pengelolaan aset di Politeknik XYZ. Abstract

Diabetes is a chronic disease that occurs when blood sugar levels increase excessively. This disease can cause serious complications in many body systems, especially the nerves and blood vessels. Diabetes was the third highest cause of death in Indonesia in 2019, with around 57.42 deaths per 100,000 population. This study aims to explore the relationship between accessibility of information technology and knowledge of DM among students of Politeknik Piksi Ganesha. This study is a quantitative descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach, with a sample of 96 Politeknik Piksi Ganesha students selected using the purposive sampling method, analyzed using the Fisher's Exact test. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that students' accessibility to television and radio had a significant effect on knowledge of diabetes mellitus (p 0.05). Although all students have accessibility to the internet and social media, not all of them have good knowledge of diabetes mellitus. Efforts to increase the knowledge of diabetes sufferers can be done by providing health education using various appropriate and interactive educational media

Abstract

Tempat wisata Kuliner saat ini di beberapa kota besar Indonesia masih banyak yang belum menggunakan Sistem Informasi dalam bertransaksi, sehingga masalah seringkali terjadi akibat proses transaksi yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat sistem informasi kuliner yang menyajikan informasi seputar kuliner terutama untuk memudahkan transaksi pemesananan di Kantin Piksi Ganesha Bandung. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan penggunaan model Agile berbasis Scrum sebagai framework dalam membentuk Sistem Informasi Kuliner dalam mempermudah pencatatan transaksi serta pemesanan yang dilakukan pengguna. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan proses yaitu: perancangan model Scrum, perancangan Website, pembentukan model Scrum seperti Product Backlog, Sprint Planning, Sprint Backlog, dan Sprint Review dan terakhir dilakukan uji coba menggunakan metode Blackbox Testing. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan yaitu website dapat berfungsi dengan baik dan sesuai dengan harapan pengguna. Penelitian ini menghasilkan feedback-feedback dari pengguna website sehingga menjadi masukan untuk developer dalam melakukan perbaikan fitur-fitur yang ada. Penelitian ini menghasilkan serangkaian kegiatan (aktivitas) dalam implementasi model Scrum pada website Sistem Informasi Kuliner yang dapat diakses secara online untuk  membantu pengguna dalam mencari informasi serta bertransaksi dalam kuliner.

Abstract

Abstract: Sidapdap Simanosor Village Farmers Group faces challenges in accessing and managing agricultural information efficiently. Limited resources and the absence of a web-based platform hinder the distribution of information quickly and accurately. This study aims to develop a technology-based agricultural forum site to improve the accessibility of information for farmer groups. The method used is the Waterfall software development model, which includes needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results of the study indicate that the agricultural forum website can function well and provide convenience for farmer group members in accessing information, sharing experiences, and increasing collaboration between farmers. The implementation of this information technology has been proven to increase the efficiency of the agricultural information system, support sustainable agricultural practices, and encourage the growth of the agricultural sector in the area.Keywords: farmer groups, agricultural information systems, agricultural websites. Abstract: Kelompok Tani Desa Sidapdap Simanosor menghadapi tantangan dalam mengakses dan mengelola informasi pertanian secara efisien. Keterbatasan sumber daya dan tidak adanya platform berbasis web menghambat distribusi informasi yang cepat dan akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan situs forum pertanian berbasis teknologi guna meningkatkan aksesibilitas informasi bagi kelompok tani. Metode yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan perangkat lunak Waterfall, yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa situs web forum pertanian dapat berfungsi dengan baik dan memberikan kemudahan bagi anggota kelompok tani dalam mengakses informasi, berbagi pengalaman, serta meningkatkan kolaborasi antarpetani. Implementasi teknologi informasi ini terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi sistem informasi pertanian, mendukung praktik pertanian berkelanjutan, serta mendorong pertumbuhan sektor pertanian di daerah tersebut.Keywords: kelompok tani, sistem informasi pertanian, situs web pertanian.

Abstract

Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) is a disorder in which the contents of the stomach reflux repeatedly into the esophagus (esophagus), which causes symptoms and or complications that, interfere. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of risk of GERD in respondents based on diet, lifestyle, and perceived symptoms. The method used in this study is a decision tree with the C.45 algorithm. To make a decision tree WEKA tools are used, where data obtained from the results of a questionnaire distributed to 51 respondents to determine diet and lifestyle, then to predict the risk level of GERD a web-based decision support system was built using the Php programming language and the MySQL database. The input needs consist of respondent data input, questionnaire question data input, news data input, and training data input, with process requirements that include respondent data processing, questionnaire question data processing, news data processing, questionnaire data processing, and reporting process, which will produce training data output reports by gender, training data reports by date and prediction results. This study resulted in a design of a decision support system to determine the risk level of GERD that can help medical staff aware and educate the public to recognize early symptoms of GERD disease and to help general practitioners advise patients with GERD.

Abstract

In today’s digital era, the use of information technology is essential to improve work efficiency andeffectiveness across various sectors, including the industrial sector. PT Sugindo International previouslyemployed a manual method using paper- based forms to report problematic (abnormal) products thatrequired decisions from the Quality Control (QC) department. This method was considered inefficient andprone to data loss and delays in information delivery. This study aims to design and implement a web-basedinformation system that enables operators to input data on abnormal products to be placed in a pendingarea, and allows QC to provide decisions regarding those products. The system is designed to be accessibleonly to company employees through a login process based on their respective departments, therebymaintaining data security and confidentiality. The system was developed using a UML modeling approach,including use case and activity diagrams. The results show that the system significantly improves the speed,efficiency, and documentation of the reporting and handling process of pending products. Moreover, itenhances real-time coordination between the production and QC departments without relying on paperbasedcommunication.
