Abstract

A candidate for legislative member is someone who is sent to represent his political party in a legislative part which will be directly elected by the people through general elections. General election is a means of implementation in a democratic system to elect representatives of the people in the people's representative institutions directly, publicly, freely, confidentially, honestly and fairly. Legislative elections are a five-year democratic agenda that is held simultaneously, one of which is to elect members of the Provincial DPRD. Provincial DPRD is a regional people's representative institution that is domiciled as an element of provincial government administration. The purpose of this study is to understand the application of the K-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm, to design a system that can determine the success of legislative candidates in the general election in the Jambi provincial constituency using Data Mining with the K-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm, to test using Rapidminer supporting software, to test the system. Data Mining that has been built uses test data, and analyzes the output generated from the Data Mining system. The appropriate method for this research is Data Mining. Data mining is a data processing method to find patterns in data, the k-nearest neighbor algorithm is one of the classification algorithms on objects based on learning data that is closest to the object. The data used and processed in this research is the data of the elected DPRD members for the previous period, namely the data of the 2009-2014 DPRD members, the 2014-2019 DPRD members' data, and the 2019-2024 DPRD members' data. The results of this study are a system that can provide recommendations for prospective Provincial DPRD candidates for the 2024-2029 period in choosing electoral districts that match the profile and have a greater potential for victory during the General Election based on profile data of elected DPRD members in the previous period.

Abstract

Information is currently increasing along with technological developments, as well as the need for information on employee payroll at the Bandung City Manpower Office. However, in its implementation, employee payroll information is still experiencing problems such as presenting employee data and salary data which takes a long time and sometimes there is a delay in data search and slow processing of salaries and also results in slow report generation. This research aims to build an Employee Payroll Information System at the Bandung City Manpower Service so that it can assist related parties in obtaining accurate, fast and accurate information. The method of data collection by the author uses interviews, observation, and documentation studies. In system development, the author uses the Prototyping approach. For database design used normalization method, table relation, and entity relation diagram. Implementation and design of the program using the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language and MySQL database. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the employee payroll information system at the Bandung City Manpower Service is still experiencing problems, due to many weaknesses in ongoing data processing, such as the presentation of employee data and salary data takes a long time and sometimes there are delays in searching data and slow processing of salaries and also resulted in slow report generation.

Abstract

Tempat wisata Kuliner saat ini di beberapa kota besar Indonesia masih banyak yang belum menggunakan Sistem Informasi dalam bertransaksi, sehingga masalah seringkali terjadi akibat proses transaksi yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat sistem informasi kuliner yang menyajikan informasi seputar kuliner terutama untuk memudahkan transaksi pemesananan di Kantin Piksi Ganesha Bandung. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan penggunaan model Agile berbasis Scrum sebagai framework dalam membentuk Sistem Informasi Kuliner dalam mempermudah pencatatan transaksi serta pemesanan yang dilakukan pengguna. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan proses yaitu: perancangan model Scrum, perancangan Website, pembentukan model Scrum seperti Product Backlog, Sprint Planning, Sprint Backlog, dan Sprint Review dan terakhir dilakukan uji coba menggunakan metode Blackbox Testing. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan yaitu website dapat berfungsi dengan baik dan sesuai dengan harapan pengguna. Penelitian ini menghasilkan feedback-feedback dari pengguna website sehingga menjadi masukan untuk developer dalam melakukan perbaikan fitur-fitur yang ada. Penelitian ini menghasilkan serangkaian kegiatan (aktivitas) dalam implementasi model Scrum pada website Sistem Informasi Kuliner yang dapat diakses secara online untukĀ  membantu pengguna dalam mencari informasi serta bertransaksi dalam kuliner.

Abstract

Currently, information systems technology is growing rapidly, and its use has penetrated various fields, including the health sector. Hermina Hospital is one of the hospitals that provides services for patients who are going for dental treatment. Because the management of patient reports is still done manually, it is necessary to design an accurate application in order to obtain dental patient reports that can be integrated with fast, precise, effective, and efficient processes. This electronic application is specifically designed for polydental installations. The use of visual basic information technology in medical management has the aim of assisting health workers in collecting data for the hospital reporting process. The research method used is the descriptive-qualitative method, where data collection is in the form of observation, interviews, and literature study and uses a system development method, namely the RAD method. This information system is specifically designed for dental patients, which will make it easier for registration officers, and besides that, it will be very easy for officers to make daily, monthly, or yearly reports using the system that has been created.
