Abstract

Teacher performance certification at Madrasah Aliyah At-Taqwa 04 Bekasi is very important torealize because it determines the achievement of national education goals. The purpose of this studyis to examine the relationship between teacher professional competence and teacher performance atMA At-Taqwa 04 Bekasi City. The main problem in this study is to get an idea of how professionalcompetence and teacher performance certification are the main problems that will be described inthe results of this study. The research method used is quantitative with descriptive analysis. Whilethe data collection techniques include questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The populationin this study were Islamic religious education teachers totaling 20 people with a sample of 20 peopledetermined through saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis was carried out quantitativelyand the hypothesis was tested using the r test formula. The results of this study concluded that thecompetence of teachers was good. Likewise, the teacher's performance is quite good. While therelationship between the influence of professional competence of teachers with teacher performancecertification obtained a value of 0.680 and means at a significant level of 0.05. Thus, the two variables,namely variable X, namely professional competence, and variable Y, the performance of certificationteachers are positively related, meaning that the better the professional competence of teachers, thebetter the performance of certified teachers at MA At-Taqwa 04 Bekasi City.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the learning system was shifted to online learning methods.Changes in the learning process cause a decrease in students’ learning motivation. Motivation tolearn greatly affects the success that becomes an achievement in educational goals. To achievethis goal, of course, good cooperation between teachers and students is needed. In this case, theteacher as a student motivator is required to provide efforts to foster student learning motivation,especially in learning carried out during the pandemic.The focus of the problem in this study is theefforts of PAI teachers in increasing student learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic andthe obstacles faced by PAI teachers in increasing student learning motivation. The aim is to findout the efforts of PAI teachers in increasing student learning motivation as well as the obstaclesfaced by PAI teachers in increasing student learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic. Fieldresearch that is descriptive naturalistic. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, anddocumentation. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that:First,PAI teachers’ efforts inincreasing students’ learning motivation are clarifying the goals to be achieved, generating studentinterest in learning, creating a pleasant atmosphere, providing rewards, creating competition andcooperation for students.In the efforts of teachers to motivate students during the Covid-19 pandemic,teachers must be even more extravagant compared to motivating students when they are offline. If it isa percentage, 70% of teachers motivate students when they are offline and 95% of teachers motivatestudents when they are online. Second,The obstacles faced in increasing student learning motivationare: students do not have internet quota, network connections are lost, student learning interest isreduced, interaction is limited, material delivery is not optimal.

Abstract

The formulation of the research problem is Is there a relationship learning habits using youtubemedia with student achievement in PAI subjects at SMAN 1 Tambun Selatan. This study aims todetermine and analyze the relationship between learning habits using youtube media with studentachievement at SMAN 1 Tambun Selatan. The population in this study were all students of class XI asmany as 385 students. While the sample of this study were 79 students.The population taken from thisstudy used the Slovin formula. Before testing the data analysis, the lowest and highest values, mean,median and mode of the two variables were searched. In the known variable Xthe lowest value is 44and the highest value is 67, which results in a mean / mean value of 53.81, with a median value of54.00, and the most frequently occurring value / mode is 53. In the variable Y, the lowest value is 81and the highest value is 92, which yields a mean/mean value of 85.99, with a median/median value of86.00, and the most frequently occurring value/mode is 85. In testing the normality of the X variablewith the help of the SPSS 20 application, the value of 0.929 0.05 (normally distributed). And in thehomogeneous test produces the value of0.057 0.05(homogeneous data). The results of this study canbe seen in the correlation test and simple linear regression test. Correlation test get data0.001 0.05which means the data is correlated. In the regression test ,. Dith Pearson Correlation value 0.374, (R²)of 0.140 or 14% affects student achievement.

Abstract

Background This study examines Fiqh learning about the practice of mu’amalah (buying andselling) by using learning media in the form of animated film media. This teaching and learning activitywill definitely lead to a different and fun learning situation, it will also create and build an activerelationship between educators and students so that learning outcomes are high. The formulation ofthe research problem isIs there any effect of using animated film media on student learning outcomes inFiqh subjects at MTS Miftahul Ulum Setu Bekasi. This study aims to determine and analyze the effectof using animated film media on student learning outcomes in Fiqh subjects at MTS Miftahul UlumSetu Bekasi. The research methodology used is Quasi Experiment. In the experimental class usingAnimated Film Media and the control class using the Discussion method. This research instrument usesPretest and Posttest. the population in this study were all students of class IX as many as 40 students.The research sample was 20 students for the experimental class and 20 students for the control class.The results of the experimental class research are obtained average pretest 62.50 and the averageposttest result is 80.50. Then, the hypothesis was tested using the t-test, so that the Sig. (tailed-2) valuewas 0.004 with a significance level (α) <0.05, then H1 was accepted and H0 was rejected. The resultsof the study in the control class obtained an average pretest result of 59.00 and an average posttestresult of 71.25 then hypothesis testing was carried out using the t-test to obtain the Sig. (tailed-2) valueof 0.000 with a significance level of ( ) < 0.05 then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on theseresults, it can be seen that student learning outcomes using animated film media in the experimentalclass are greater than those using the Discussion method in the control class.
