Abstract

Noni is a plant that can grow wild in Indonesia, which can be used as a vegetable and medicinal plant. One part of the noni plant that can be used is the leaves for the treatment of diseases caused by bacteria such as diarrhea. The purpose of this study was to determine the compounds contained in noni leaf extract (Morinda citrifolia L.) which can inhibit the growth of bacteria. This research is a descriptive study. Phytochemical screening consisted of alkaloid test, terpenoid test, flavonoid test, tannin test, and saponin test. The results obtained from this test are: macroscopically dark brown, distinctive odor, bitter taste with single leaf blade wide oval, pinnate leaf bone, and the mother leaf veins and leaf veins are clearly visible on the lower surface of the leaf. Microscopic observation of noni leaf simplicia powder has identification fragments, namely covering hairs, transport bundles, and stomata. Noni leaves contain chemical compounds that act as antibacterials such as alkaloids, saponins, flavonoids, and terpenoids.Keywords: Morinda citrifolia L.; antibacterial; noniABSTRAK Mengkudu merupakan tanaman yang dapat tumbuh secara liar di Indonesia, yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sayur dan tanaman obat. Salah satu bagian tanaman mengkudu yang dapat dimanfaatkan yaitu daunnya untuk pengobatan penyakit yang disebabkan bakteri seperti diare. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui senyawa yang terkandung dalam ekstrak daun mengduku (Morinda citrifolia L.) yang dapat menghambat berkembangnya bakteri. Penelitian ini merupakan studi deskriptif. Skrining fitokimia terdiri dari uji alkaloid, uji terpenoid, uji flavonoid, uji tannin, dan uji saponin. Hasil yang didapat dari pengujian ini yaitu: secara makroskopik berwarna cokelat tua, bau khas, rasa pahit dengan bentuk helaian daun tunggal lebar lonjong, tulang daun menyirip, dan ibu tulang daun dan urat-urat daun tampak jelas pada permukaan bawah daun. Pengamatan mikroskopik serbuk simplisia daun mengkudu memiliki fragmen pengenal yaitu rambut penutup, berkas pengangkut, dan stomata. Daun mengkudu mengandung senyawa kimia yang berperan sebagai antibakteri seperti alkaloid, saponin, flavonoid, dan terpenoid.Kata kunci: Morinda citrifolia L.; antibakteri; mengkudu

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and forecast the stock price movements of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BRIS) using a time series approach. The Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) model is employed to capture the mean pattern of stock prices, while the Autoregressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity (ARCH) and Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity (GARCH) models are applied to analyze volatility dynamics characterized by heteroskedasticity. Daily stock price data of BRIS are tested for stationarity using the Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) test and become stationary after differencing. The results indicate significant volatility, suggesting that the GARCH model is more appropriate for further analysis. Based on the evaluation using Akaike Information Criterion (AIC), Schwarz Criterion (SC), and Hannan-Quinn (HQ), the ARIMA dan GARCH model is selected as the best model, achieving an average accuracy of 80%. These findings demonstrate that the combination of ARIMA and GARCH provides a more comprehensive understanding of the movement and volatility patterns of Islamic stock prices, serving as a useful reference for investors and policymakers in formulating investment strategies.
