Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengupas mengenai Peranan Pemuridan Family Care (Kelompok Sel), yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan jemaat yang mengalami bertumbuhan kualitas kerohanian. Pemuridan Family Care sangat berperan penting untuk memuridkan setiap orang percaya. Dalam penulisan karya ilmiah ini di perlukan metode penelitian yang tepat, maka penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Dengan menggunakan dasar teori dari berbagai sumber buku: Lembaga Alkitab Indonesia, Church Growth Through cell Group , kelompok sel, Panduan Kelompok Sel, Cooler Hanbook Modul ABC, Build My home One on One ,Pertumbugan Gereja, pertumbuhan dan pendewasaan pelayanan. Penulis juga melakukan pengambilan data di lapangan dengan metode wawancara kepada partisipan yang berhubungan langsung dengan pemuridan Family Care (ketua pemuridan Family Care, anggota pemuridan Family Care dan Koordinator Family Care) di Gereja Bethel Indonesia Tabgha Rayon 10 Batam.

Abstract

The quality of spirituality is when knowledge is the same as attitude and behavior. Broken personality is when knowledge is the same as attitude but not the same as behavior or knowledge is not the same as attitude, not the same as behavior. Caring for children is a heavy responsibility, because children will create a generation that will continue the dreams of their parents that have not been achieved. Good parents should maintain a harmonious relationship between family members. Harmonious relationships, full of attention, understanding and compassion will result in good behavior in children. Conversely, disharmony such as parental violence will affect the development of the child's soul that is not good, such as stubbornness, liars, and impolite. The child will depend on the first and foremost environment, namely his family, his father and mother who will determine him. Likewise regarding the diversity of children including in it, will be the responsibility of the parents. Parents have full responsibility for the growth and development of their children when they grow up to become knowledgeable and faithful people. The method used is lectures and discussion of the role of parents' spiritual qualities in educating the psychology of victims of child abuse. All stages have been carried out properly as evidenced by the great support the congregation has taken part in discussing this issue.

Abstract

The reality of a child's development and growth necessitates the assistance and guidance of both parents in providing support and serving as exemplary figures. Parents hold the greatest responsibility in the development of the overall existence of their children, including their physical and psychological needs, to enable them to grow and mature towards a harmonious and mature personality. This study is entitled "The Role of Christian Parental Exemplars in the Formation of Character in Children Aged 6-".Over the span of 12 years in the Bethel Indonesia Tabgha Church, an inquiry has been formulated regarding the role of Christian parental leadership and the formation of character in children between the ages of 6 and 12. The purpose of this study is to discover the principles governing the Christian parental exemplar based on biblical values, as well as to investigate the formation of the characters of 6-12 year-old children in the Bethel Indonesia Tabgha Church.This research employed a qualitative approach utilizing literature review and descriptive methods for data collection through interviews, observations, and documentations of six participants.Based on the analysis of the data conducted, the conclusion was drawn that Christian parents play a significant role in shaping the character of children aged 6-12 years old. In shaping the character of a child, Christian parents must comprehend the various types of exemplary roles and character-forming approaches for children aged 6 to 12.

Abstract

This paper aims to understand the important role of lecturer certification in improving the performance and professionalism of lecturers at the Tabgha Theological College Batam. Lecturer performance is the output of the process carried out by the lecturer through work presentations, work implementation, work achievements, work results and work performance. Lecturer certification is a relevant instrument for assessing the professionalism of lecturers in order to determine the eligibility of lecturers, protect the teaching profession as agents of learning in tertiary institutions, and improve educational processes and outcomes to support the realization of national education goals. Lecturer performance can be seen from his enthusiasm in carrying out the duties of higher education tridarma assigned to him. This research uses qualitative and quantitative approaches by collecting data through surveys, interviews, and document analysis related to preparation for lecturer certification. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide valuable insights for other higher education institutions in an effort to improve the quality and professionalism of lecturers.

Abstract

Spiritual maturity is the task of the church in cultivating the congregation according to what is written in Ephesians 4:13 until we have all achieved unity of faith and true knowledge of the Son of God, full maturity, and a level of growth that corresponds to the fullness of Christ. It is the responsibility of all parties to increase this spiritual maturity. Various methods are used to achieve this goal. One of them is discipleship which is included in the Deeper 3.0 module. This article uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach and theological journals for writing. Meanwhile, the implementation uses sustainable discipleship techniques. The results found that through the implementation of the Deeper 3.0 discipleship module for the Gereja Bethel Indonesia Tabgha Batam workers, they provided successful results in their efforts to spiritually mature the congregation.
