Abstract

Decentralization of the government has brought wide implication of political reform. Democracy and decentralization expected to become the gateway to achieve Indonesian prosperity of society in all aspect. Through decentralization, bureaucracy is expected to be able to develop more humanistic mindset and culture so that policy formulation becomes more aware for society prosperity. Bureaucratic reform also becomes the right moment to conduct the reconstruction of culture pattern in organizational system. Reconstruction of the bureaucracy culture will touch the basic dimension which is reformation of public service delivery has affected the improvement of social prosperity in all aspectDecentralization of the government hasbrought wide implication of political reform.Democracy and decentralization expected tobecome the gateway to achieve Indonesianprosperity of society in all aspect. Abstract

The growth of the Hotel rental business in the Cirebon area is increasing and resulting in more intense competition in this industry. Industrial entrepreneurs try to offer many advantages of facilities and services for customers. The previous quality measurement used a questionnaire method addressed to customers. This quality measurement method results are used for evaluation as a standard for the quality level of the Hotels. A requirement to get a good rating is the service of the Hotel in standard calculations using this method. The research was conducted to produce accurate quality calculations using fuzzy implementation using the Tsukamoto method. The working record of this method represents a monotonous fuzzy set on the membership function. Then the output is in the form of the inference value of all the rules according to the standard calculation value. The value is based on the variable type of room, facilities and rental price. Customers who want to use Hotel rental services can use this system according to their needs. Keywords: System; Hotels; Ratings; Fuzzy; Tsukamoto

Abstract

The development of technology in the era of globalization now has a tremendous effect on human life. Various disruptions are presented by it. With these conditions, a person, especially as a leader, must follow the rapid changes presented by the development of globalization. Technological advances, for example, require a leader to adjust his leadership style to make quick decisions based on current conditions. This article wants to discuss the agile leadership style which is the answer to the style of a leader in the era of globalization. This article also uses a qualitative research method with data collection techniques from various references, such as books and journals. This article uses the concept of agile leadership which is the answer to the leadership style in the current era of globalization. This article argues that a leader with an agile leadership style becomes more adaptive to the development of globalization and has an impact on progress in the organization or company they lead to be achieved more quickly. This article concludes that the agile leadership style with its characteristics is the right answer for a leader in this era of globalization. Adaptation and calmness, for example, are important reasons for a leader in the current era of technological disruption.

Abstract

Penting bagi pendidik untuk dapat menggunakan teknologi dan informasi secara efektif, khususnya media pembelajaran, agar dapat menguasai konsep media pembelajaran. Tantangan yang dihadapi pendidik dalam hal mengintegrasikan media digital ke dalam proses pembelajaran belum sepenuhnya dapat diatasi. Selain itu, siswa masih belum memahami cara membuat media pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Selain itu, siswa masih belum memahami cara membuat media pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Agar pembelajaran lebih menarik dan efektif, gunakan Canva untuk membuat media dan video. Alat dan template Canva yang mudah digunakan akan membantu Anda membuat konten berkualitas tinggi dan menarik secara visual yang akan menarik perhatian audiens dan membuat mereka tetap terlibat. Sebelum memulai presentasi, akan sangat membantu untuk berkonsultasi dengan materi yang menyertainya. Dengan menggunakan metode pelaksanan melalui Berdasarkan observasi lapangan, dihasilkan kendala tentang minimnya keterampilan yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan media dalam mendukung kemajuan sekolah.
