Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between family harmony andconformity peers in juvenile delinquency SMK "X" in Surabaya. The method in this studyusing a quantitative approach. Subjects were taken by random sampling technique ofdata collection tools used is the scale delinquency, harmony scale, and the scale ofconformity. Anaisa data using multiple regression analysis. The results of calculationsusing multiple regression analysis showed at t = -4.354, p = 0.000, meaning that therewas a significant negative correlation between family harmony with juvenile delinquency.The higher the level of family harmony, then the lower the rate of juvenile delinquency.From the results of partial analysis shows that t = -0.170 at p = 0.030 (p> 0.01),meaning there is no correlation between peer conformity with juvenile delinquency. Theresults of multiple regression analysis showed the value of F = 11.551, p = 0.000, whichmeans that there is a significant relationship between family harmony and conformitypeer to juvenile delinquency. Family harmony and conformity to peer can be a predictorof the level of juvenile delinquency with R2 = 0.160. This means that effective sumnganjuvenile delinquency and peer conformity to juvenile delinquency by 16%, students 84%are influenced by other factors.Keywords : juvenile delinquency, family harmony, conformity peers

Abstract

Several classes of BCI-algebras as the class of weakly implicative BCI-algebras, BCK-algebras, medial BCI-algebras, branchwise implicative BCI-algebras and branchwise commutative BCI-algebras have relation one another. A branchwise implicative BCI-algebras is a class of BCI-algebras which to fulfill condition of branchwise implicative. By using characters of the class of BCK-algebras and element of the class of medial BCI-algebras, we investigate relations between branchwise implicative BCI-algebras exist with others classes of the class of BCI-algebras as the class of weakly implicative BCI-algebras and branchwise commutative BCI-algebras.

Abstract

Sustainability of MSMEs must be carried out by every business actor, the existence of very tight competition requires MSME players to develop their business. This research will examine the factors that support the sustainability of MSMEs, in this case namely accounting capabilities with the adoption of information technology as an intervening variable. The aim of this research is to provide an understanding of the use of accounting which is very important for MSMEs, supported by the use of information technology which will make it easier for business actors to obtain information to manage their business. The research method used is a quantitative method and the respondents for this research were 400 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Central Java region. The sample collection technique uses the non-prurposive sampling method by dividing questionnaires.
