Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of granule growing media on growth and yield of vegetables in ahidroponic wick system. The design of this study used Randomized Complete Block (RCB) with factorialarrangement and three replications. The first factor consisted of three levels : kale (S1), spinach (S2), andmustard (S3). The second factorwere the size of the granules with four levels : 12mm (M1), 6mm (M2), 4 mm(M3) and husk char (M4) as a control. Each plant was grown in a wicked pot. There were 12 treatmentcombinations, with three replicates. Parameters observed were physical properties of the media,evapotranspiration, number of leaves, growth, biomass, and yield. Data was analyzed using the Analysis ofVariance (ANOVA) 1%and 5%levels of significance, followed by LSDcomparision. Results showed that therewasno significant interaction betweenmedia and types of plant. However; sizes of media significantly affected theevapotranspiration, growth, biomass, and yield.Keywords:Wicked, hydroponics, granules, media, vegetables

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect Influence Fashion Involvement and Hedonic Shopping Value Against Impulse Buying In The Sun Depertement Store In Samarinda by using multiple regression analysis. Results showed variable Fashion Involvement and Hedonic Shopping Value simultaneously positive and significant impact on the Sun Depertement Buying In Store In Samarinda. The R value of 0.595 means that there is a relationship which was of variable Fashion Involvement and Hedonic Shopping Value on Impulse Buying. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 35.40 per cent it shows the proportion of variable contribution Fashion Involvement and Hedonic Shopping Value to fluctuations Impulse Buying. From t test results (Partial) shows variable Fashion Involvement and Hedonic Shopping Value has tcount ttable, it indicates that the variable Fashion Involvement and Hedonic Shopping Value positive and significant impact on impulse buying, thus receiving the first and second hypothesis. Partial test results showed that the variables fashion involvement dominant influence on impulse buying. Keywords: Fashion Involvement, Hedonic Shopping Value, Impulse Buying

Abstract

Research on the effect of compound fertilizer on plant growth celery (Apium graveolens L.) has been implemented in October 2014 - February 2015, in plantations 16 Ulu Village, District Seberang Ulu II Palembang. This study aimed to determine the effect of compound fertilizers to celery plant growth and to determine at what dose the average total folium and plant fresh weight. The method used was completely randomized design (CRD), consists of six treatments and four replications. The dose used is A0 (without control), A1 (0.5 grams), A2 (1 gram), A3 (1.5 grams), A4 (2 grams), A5 (2.5 grams). Research results showed that administration of different doses significantly affect of total folium and celery plant fresh weight. The higher the dose applied, the better the plant growth. Best doses indicated in the treatment of A5 (2.5 g), which gives the average total folium 3 (strands) and wet weight of 1.7 grams. Key words: Compound Fertilizer, Apium graveolens L. Growth
