Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of (1) organizational culture on the performance of BPP Agriculture Lubuk Tarok Sijunjung employees (2) Job satisfaction on the performance of Lubuk Tarok Agricultural BPP employees, Sijunjung Regency (3) Work experience on the performance of Lubuk Tarok Agricultural BPP employees, Sijunjung Regency (4 ) Organizational culture, job satisfaction and work experience jointly affect the performance of BPP Agriculture Lubuk Tarok employees, Sijunjung Regency. The population in this study were all employees of Agricultural BPP Lubuk Tarok, Sijunjung Regency as many as 95 people. The technique of determining the number of samples using total sampling. The data analysis technique used multiple regression by fulfilling the requirements of the classical assumption test of normality, and multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity. The results of this study indicate that (1) Organizational culture has a positive significant effect on the performance of BPP Agriculture Lubuk Tarok Sijunjung Regency employees (2) Job satisfaction has a positive influence on the performance of Lubuk Tarok Agricultural BPP employees, Sijunjung Regency (3) Work experience has a significant influence positive effect on the performance of BPP Agriculture Lubuk Tarok Sijunjung Regency employees (4) Organizational culture, job satisfaction and work experience together have a positive effect on the performance of Lubuk Tarok Agricultural BPP employees, Sijunjung Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and public service motivation on community satisfaction on employees of Terminal Type A Kiliran Jao. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were employees at Terminal Type A Kiliran Jao. The sample used was 84 people using a saturated sampling technique (census). The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that: (1) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. (2) Public service motivation has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. (3) Quality of service and motivation of public services together have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction in Terminal Type A Kiliran Jao.

Abstract

This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach to evaluate the performance of the Regional Inspectorate in Agam Regency, focusing on achieving quality human resources. The research aims to understand the complexities and dynamics of the investigated issues by obtaining naturalistic data from the field. The post-positivist philosophy underpins this qualitative research, which seeks to explore, discover, explain, and understand social phenomena that are not easily measured or explained using quantitative methods. Drawing on the five qualitative research approaches proposed by John W. Creswell (narrative, phenomenological, grounded theory, ethnographic, and case study), the case study approach is adopted to delve deeper into the evaluation of the Regional Inspectorate's performance in nurturing quality human resources. The study's primary data sources consist of personnel within the Regional Inspectorate, including Inspectors, Secretaries, Assistant Regional Inspectors, Auditor and PPUPD Functional Officers, as well as employees in the Inspectorate's Secretariat. Secondary data sources encompass educational backgrounds of the personnel and the types of training or workshops they have participated in. Data collection techniques involve interviews, observations, and document analysis. Data analysis commences before entering the field and continues throughout the data collection process. Miles and Huberman's qualitative data analysis method is employed, involving data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The evaluation of the Regional Inspectorate's performance to achieve quality human resources should consider effectiveness in attaining defined objectives, efficient utilization of available resources, adequate provision of services and support for staff development, fairness in treatment and access to development opportunities, responsiveness to staff needs and aspirations, and informed policy and program implementation. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of service at the Bunda Bukittinggi hotel in terms of Human Resources, Facilities and Management. The total population in this study were all employees at the Bunda Bukittinggi Hotel, both contract employees and permanent employees, totaling 31 employees. Then the sample in this study is the entire population using the census method, which means that the entire population is sampled. Then test the research instrument with the validity test and reliability test. Before carrying out the multiple linear regression test, a classic assumption test was carried out with tests for normality, linearity, multicollinearity and so on. From the results of multiple linear regression tests, it was found that the human resource variable had a positive and significant influence on the Quality of Service at the Bunda Bukittinggi Hotel. The second variable is that management has a positive and significant influence on the Quality of Service at the Bunda Bukittinggi Hotel. The third variable, namely facilities, has a positive and significant influence on the Quality of Service at the Bunda Bukittinggi Hotel, both partially and simultaneously, which has a positive and significant influence so that all the hypotheses proposed can be accepted.
