Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the elements of production factors including labor, raw materials and machinery affect the level of effectiveness and efficiency of accompany. This research uses CV object. Litera Jannata Perkasa which is engaded in manufacturing, the majority of which isin the form of book production. The sample was carried out by direct observation in the field and interviews with company parties. Thistest uses the overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method which aims to measure how effective a company is with factors including Availability Ratio to measure the availability of raw materials and labor, Performance of production machines and Quality Ratio to measure the output of the company’s production process.

Abstract

This study aims to understand and determine the effect of product quality and service quality on competitive advantage at the Promised Spirit Coffee Shop throughout Sidoarjo. The population used in this study were buyers or consumers of the coffee shop in the promise of soul throughout Sidoarjo with Male/Female criteria. The sample required is 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling. The type of data used in this study is primary data, namely data collected or obtained directly from the object researcher. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. Thus, the results of this study are that simultaneously and partially product quality and service quality have a significant effect on competitive advantage at the Promise Jiwa coffee shop throughout Sidoarjo.

Abstract

The telecommunications sector is the most important as a supporter of the economic growth of a city, especially the city of Surabaya. And a city that has a very rapid growth, is a potential market for the telecommunications industry. Both have become a law of reciprocity market. This study aims to identify and analyze differences in perceptions of service quality between Telkomsel providers and Indosat providers. The population used in this study were users of Telkomsel and Indosat service providers in the Surabaya area. The sample required is 50 respondents, namely 50 users who are currently or have used the Telkomsel and Indosat provider services. The sampling method used in this research is quota sampling. The type of data used in this study is primary data, namely data collected or obtained directly from the research object. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is comparative analysis. Thus, the results of this study are that there is a significant difference in the results of the assessment of service quality perceptions of Telkomsel Providers and Indosat Providers.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan citra merek secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada sepatu converse di Surabaya, dan juga Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan citra merek secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada sepatu converse di Surabaya. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 responden. Cara pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Non-Probability Sampling karena sampel tidak dipilih secara acak melainkan dengan pertanyaan saringan terlebih dahulu, dan teknik sampling yang akan digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data primer. Data primer diperoleh secara langsung ketika peneliti melakukan sebuah proses pengumpulan data di lapangan menggunakan kuisioner Google form. Beberapa informasi tambahan juga dapat diperoleh melalui sumber informan, yang tujuannya dapat digunakan peneliti untuk pnejelasan mengenai hasil penelitian. Teknik analisis data adalah Analisis regresi linear berganda digunakan peneliti untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh antara dua atau lebih variabel independen dengan variabel dependen . Dalam penelitian ini analisis regresi linear b anda digunakan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana hubungan Kualitas (X1) , Harga (X2) dan Citra Merek (X3) terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y). Kata Kunci : Kualitas, Produk, Citra Merek, Dan Kepuasan Pelanggan Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality, price, and brand image simultaneously on customer satisfaction on Converse shoes inSurabaya, and also to find out and analyze the effect of product quality, price, and brand image partially on customer satisfaction on Converse shoes in Surabaya. The sample used is 100 respondents. The sampling method used is Non-Probability Sampling because the sample is not selected at random but by screening questions first, and the sampling technique that will be used is purposive sampling.This study uses primary data types. Primary data was obtained directly when researchers conducted a data collection process in the field using a Google form questionnaire. Some additional information can also be obtained through informant sources, the purpose of which can be used by researchers to explain the results of the study. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis used by researchers to find out how much influence between two or more independent variables and the dependent variable. In this study your linear regression analysis b is used to determine the extent of the relationship between Quality (X1) , Price (X2) and Brand Image (X3) on Customer Satisfaction (Y). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan mengetahui pengaruh citra merek, kualitas produk dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen sepatu Converse. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa FISIP UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur Angkatan 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022. Sampel yang diperlukan sebesar 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, yaitu data yang dikumpulkan atau diperoleh langsung dari objek peneliti. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi liniear berganda. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa citra merek, kualitas produk, dan kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Kata Kunci: Citra Merek, Kualitas Produk, Kepuasan Konsumen, Loyalitas Konsumen
