Abstract

This study aims to describe the development of strategic issues at STAI Miftahul Huda Subang based on an analysis of the stages of strategic plan management. This research belongs to the qualitative by using a case study approach (case study). The results showed that the strategic planning of STAI Miftahul Huda was carried out by assessing the strategic issues outlined in the Strategic Plan by conducting various internal and external analyses and relevant to the vision, mission, and goals that had been formulated. Then related to the study of strategic issues, conditions, and directions for the development of STAI, along with the ongoing industrialization process in the Subang area, it becomes an opportunity for institutions to provide the required human resources. In addition, the provision of a digital-based information system to maximize various academic service functions is an essential plan for institutional development, considering that scientific advances, especially in the field of technology and information, are a crucial issue in entering education management in the 4.0 era.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of curriculum integration carried out by an Islamic educational institution in Islamic boarding schools. The research was conducted at the Baitul Fikri Arcamanik Modern Islamic Boarding School in Bandung. The study uses a qualitative approach with the CIPO evaluation technique developed through observation and data collection with documentary data and structured interviews with rating-scale techniques. The results showed that the percentage value of the application of the concept of integration was in line with the results obtained with students' summative evaluation value data. The data on the application of the lowest integration concept is in Mathematics with a percentage of 55%, and the average summative value of students is 73, while the highest data on the application of the concept of integration is in PJOK subjects with a percentage of 77% and the average summative score of 81 students.

Abstract

integrasi keilmuan merupakan proses menyatukan berbagai cabang ilmu yang ada, sebagaimana yang diklasifikasikan oleh para intelektual melalui proses integrasi dengan suatu asumsi bahwa semua cabang ilmu berasa dari Tuhan. penelitian ini muncul dikarenakan munculnya paradigma bahwa ilmu islam dan sains tidak dapat dipisahkan satu sama lain. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pendekatan IMTAQ ini pada pembelajaran IPA dengan hasil sesuai yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, diharapkan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif mampu menggambarkan fenomena, kejadian dan hubungan sebab akibat sebagai dampak dari penerapan nilai pada mata pelajaran IPA pada objek penelitian. Lokasi pada penelitian ini adalah SMPIT Cendekia Purwakarta. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah, implementasi pendekatan IMTAQ pada mata pelajaran IPA, kendala dan masalah yang dihadapi pendekatan IMTAQ pada implementasi mata pelajaran IPA, dan pengaruh pendekatan IMTAQ terhadap pembelajaran IPA. Pengertian ini dapat menunjukkan bahwa integrasi keilmuan melalui pendekatan IMTAQ dalam pembelajaran IPA mampu meningkatkan kebermaknaan pembelajaran dan konsep dan dapat dilaksanakan pada mata pelajaran lainnya dan pengimplementasian pada pendekatan ini dapat dilaksanakan di sekolah-sekolah lain. Dan pada akhirnya akan menciptakan keseimbangan antara kebutuhan dunia pendidikan dan akhirat.
