Abstract

Soft skill is one of the skills that must be possessed by students. Soft skill development for students can be done through banjari activities. Banjari is an Islamic art that is in great demand by students. However, the banjari activities at the Al Hidayah TPQ in Kedalon, Keting Village, Sekaran District, Lamongan Regency experienced guidance, because there was no routine guidance and training. Therefore, the team of KKN Unisda 2021 held assistance for banjari activities for these students. This mentoring activity aims to improve the soft skills of TPQ Al Hidayah students through banjari activities. The methods used in this activity are lectures and training. The stages include preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Based on the results of the activity, it can be seen that after the banjari activity assistance was carried out, understanding of the material, skills and enthusiasm improved. Thus, it is said that through this banjari activity, TPQ Al Hidayah students can develop soft skills. Keywords: soft skill, banjari, student. ABSTRAK Soft skill merupakan salah satu keterampilan harus dimiliki oleh santri. Pengembangan soft skill untuk santri dapat dilakukan melalui kegiatan banjari. Banjari merupak kesenian islami yang sangat diminati oleh santri. Namun, kegiatan banjari di TPQ Al Hidayah di Dusun Kedalon Desa Keting Kecamatan Sekaran Kabupaten Lamongan mengalami penutunan, dikarenakan tidak ada bimbingan dan pelatihan yang rutin. Oleh sebab itu, tim KKN Unisda 2021 mengadakan pendampingan kegiatan banjari untuk santri tersebut. Kegiatan pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan soft skill santri TPQ Al Hidayah melalui kegiatan banjari. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu ceramah dan pelatihan. Adapun tahapannya meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan, terlihat bahwa sesudah dilakukan pendampingan kegiatan banjari, pemahaman materi, keterampilan dan semangat mengalampi peningkatan. Dengan demikian, dikatakan bahwa melalui kegiatan banjari ini santri TPQ Al Hidayah mampu mengembangkan keterampilan soft skill. Kata Kunci: soft skill, banjari, santri.
