Abstract

Technological developments have transformed the cash-money payment model into e-money, but the law on the use of e-money is still a debate in Indonesian Moslim society. This paper aims to analyze the legal use of e-money based on DSN-MUI fatwa No: 116/DSN-MUI /IX/2017 concerning Sharia Electronic Money. This research is a library research with descriptive analysis approach. E-money that was studied in this study was the BCA Flazz cards, Go-Pay, and Grab-Pay. Based on the Fatwa of MUI DSN on Shari’ah electronic money, the e-money system used in Indonesia today is not permitted because the issuer places the nominal amount of electronic money in conventional banks, if the card is lost the nominal amount of money in the issuer is also lost, and electronic money holders cannot be taken or cashed back.Perkembangan teknologi telah mentransformasi model pembayaran dari cash-money menjadi e-money, tetapi hukum penggunaan e-money masih menjadi perdebatan di kalangan masyarakat Muslim Indonesia. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hukum penggunaan e-money berdasarkan fatwa DSN-MUI No: 116/DSN-MUI/IX/2017 tentang Uang Elektronik Syariah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. E-money yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah kartu Flazz BCA, Go-Pay, dan Grab-Pay. Berdasarkan fatwa DSN MUI tentang Uang elektronik Syari’ah, maka sistem e-money yang dipakai di Indonesia hari ini tidak diperbolehkan karena penerbit menempatkan jumlah nominal uang elektronik di bank konvensional, apabila kartu hilang maka jumlah nominal uang yang ada di penerbit juga hilang, dan uang elektronik pemegang tidak bisa diambil atau diuangkan kembali.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze double burden and its relation to woman’s economic strengthening. The times have transformed woman’s thinking and movements that they not only function in the domestic sphere but also in the public sphere. This research is field research with qualitative analysis conducted in Padang and involved female costomers of sharia bank X. This study proves that the double burden of woman does not hinder women’s economic strengthening. Woman who experience double burdens can strengthen their economy if they are given access to finance through Islamic financial inclusion.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis larangan dan kebolehan pengucapan selamat natal kepada umat kristiani melalui perspektif hadis dan pendapat para ulama. Ulama yang melarang pengucapan selamat natal karena memahami pengucapan selamat natal merupakan bagian dari tasyabuh. Ulama yang membolehkan pengucapan natal karena berargumentasi bahwa pengucapan selamat natal merupakan toleransi dalam pluralisme beragama dan tidak menganggap pengucapan natal itu bagian dari tasyabuh. Hasil analisis ini mengungkapkan bahwa mengucapkan selamat natal boleh karena tidak ada satu hadispun yang melarangnya secara langsung dan hal itu bukan merupakan tasyabuh, tetapi hanya bentuk toleransi dalam pluralisme beragama, serta orang non muslim yang tinggal di Indonesia tergolong kafir zimmi yang perlu dilindungi bukan kafir harbi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of income and labor in the agricultural sector on economic growth in West Sumatra Province in 2008-2023. This research is a field research with a quantitative approach. This study uses secondary data on income and labor in the agricultural sector of West Sumatra from 2008-2023. Data collection techniques using documentation and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis techniques. The results of the study prove that income in the agricultural sector has a positive and significant effect on West Sumatra's economic growth in 2008 – 2023. Labor in the agricultural sector has a positive and significant effect on West Sumatra's economic growth in 2008-2023. Simultaneously, income and labor in the agricultural sector have a positive and significant effect on the economic growth of West Sumatra Province in 2008-2023. The R-Square value of 0.683 or 68.3 percent of the independent variables affected the dependent variables, while the rest were influenced by other variables that were not mentioned in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the synergy of stakeholders in supporting the implementation of financial inclusion in Islamic banking in Indonesia. This research is a field research using a qualitative approach. The research results show that Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) make policies that are responsive and synergistic in supporting financial inclusion. Bank Indonesia formulated the National Financial Inclusion Strategy (SNKI) as a reference for implementing financial inclusion in Indonesia. The six pillars of the National Strategy for Financial Inclusion (SNKI), namely financial education, public financial facilities, mapping of financial information, supporting policies/regulations, intermediation and distribution channels as well as consumer protection, were created in order to support financial inclusion. Bank Indonesia, which has now been handed over to the OJK, has also made a policy on the obligation to provide banking financing of at least 20 percent to be channeled to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The Financial Services Authority (OJK) supports the implementation of financial inclusion through 3 pillars which are translated into several activities. The three pillars are education programs and national financial literacy campaigns, strengthening financial literacy infrastructure, and developing affordable financial products and services. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sinergisitas pemangku kepentingan dalam mendukung implementasi inklusi keuangan pada perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bank Indonesia dan Otoritas Jasa keuangan (OJK) membuat kebijakan yang responsif dan sinergis dalam mendukung inklusi keuangan. Bank Indonesia merumuskan Strategi Nasional Keuangan Inklusif (SNKI) sebagai acuan pengimplementasian financial inclusion di Indonesia. Enam pilar Strategi Nasional Keuangan Inklusif (SNKI), yaitu edukasi keuangan, fasilitas keuangan public, pemetaan informasi keuangan, kebijakan/peraturan pendukung, intermediasi dan saluran distribusi serta perlindungan konsumen, dibuat dalam rangka mendukung financial inclusion. Bank Indonesia yang sekarang diserahkan kepada OJK juga membuat kebijakan kewajiban pemberian pembiayaan perbankan minimal 20 persen disalurkan kepada Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) mendukung pengimplementasian financial inclusion melalui 3 pilar yang dijabarkan ke dalam beberapa kegiatan. Tiga pilar tersebut adalah program edukasi dan kampanye nasional literasi keuangan, penguatan infrastruktur literasi keuangan, dan pengembangan produk dan layanan jasa keuangan yang terjangkau.

Abstract

This research aim to determine the influence of e-trust and e-service quality on the e-loyalty of mobile banking users at Islamic commercial banks. This research employs a quantitative research method. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data analysis techniques employed include testing the research instrument, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the R² test. The results of the study indicate that e-trust has a significant influence on the e-loyalty of mobile banking users at Islamic commercial banks. Furthermore, e-service quality also has a significant influence on the e-loyalty of mobile banking users at Islamic commercial banks. Moreover, e-trust and e-service quality together have a significant effect on e-loyalty.. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination (R Square) test, a value of 0.505 or 50.5% was obtained. This indicates that e-trust  and e-service quality together explain 50.5% of the variability in e-loyalty of mobile banking users at Islamic commercial banks, while the remaining 49.5% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy of Islamic banking in increasing inklusi keuangan in Indonesia. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach. Collecting data using interviews, documentation, and observation. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative analysis. The result of the study found that the strategies used by Islamic banking in increasing inklusi keuangan were by channeling financing to the real sector, strengthening microfinance, developing partnership programs through zakat, infaq, sodaqoh, qard al-hasan, and other social funds, as well as developing linkage programs with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and price on client satisfaction at the Notary Office and PPAT Restu Mardhatillah, S.H., M.Kn. This type of research is field research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study are all clients who have used the services of the Notary Office and PPAT Restu Mardhatillah, S.H., M.Kn in 2023 as many as 406 clients. The sample in this study amounted to 80 respondents whose number was determined using the slovin formula. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Technical analysis using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results showed that partially the quality of service and price had a significant effect on client satisfaction at the Restu Mardhatillah Notary and PPAT Office, S.H., M.Kn. Furthermore, simultaneously service quality and price also have a significant effect on client satisfaction
