Abstract

Teknologi Augmented Reality merupakan teknologi yang menggunakan object virtual baik dalam bentuk tiga dimensi ataupun dua dimensi yang ditampilkan melalui hasil tracking kamera kepada suatu objek dan ditampilkan secara real-time. Dalam teknologi AR dipenelitian ini akan dikembangkan sebuah aplikasi berdasarkan monumen-monumen bersejarah khususnya di kota jambi secara realtime dimana trigger yang dijadikan untuk tracking di integrasikan dengan map google dari pengambilan titik temu latidute serta longtitude, ini berfungsi sebagai menentukan apakah suatu gambar dapat dikenali atau tidak berdasarkan pengenalan pola dengan mendeteksi dan melacak titik-titik sudut pola pada gambar dengan menggunakan titik koordinat yang didapatkan. Aplikasi ini di peruntukkan masyarakat kota jambi agar lebih mengenal kembali monumen-monumen bersejarah dikota jambi yang mulai terlupakan

Abstract

Management of administrative data at the Muara Bulian Village Office which is still conventional where data collection and reporting are still using bookkeeping, so that there is often difficulty in making letters, reports and searches, the absence of digital data back-up makes the administration process less efficient. So an efficient and effective information system is needed to support ticket sales bookkeeping. In addition, researchers also design computerized administrative applications. The benefit of this study is that it can improve the quality of service to the population. The results of this study are an administrative application as a tool for processing administrative data, letters and report generation. This application is expected to help employees of the Muara Bulian Village Office in providing the best service to the population. Keywords: E-Office, administration, Village Office

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengusulkan bagaimana strategi berinovasi untuk mendukung pengembangan smart city oleh bidang penelitian dan pengembangan di kota Yogyakarta. Strategi tersebut disusun dengan metode pemodelan konseptual yang mana diawali dengan menggambarkan bagaimana kondisi Litbang saat ini yang belum mampu berinovasi secara optimal dengan keterbatasan bentuk struktur organisasi yang masih sebatas bidang dari Badan Induk Badan Perencanaan dan Pembangunan Daerah, yang berdampak kepada kapasitas organisasi. Berangkat dari kondisi tersebut, selanjutnya strategi yang dibahas dengan metode forum group dicussion dengan muatan pertama a) memperkuat kapasitas organisasi dengan tetap dengan skala bidang, namun diperkuat dengan membentuk tim inovasi atau menaikkan status organisasi dari bidang menjadi badan riset inovasi daerah b) mengembangkan proses inovasi kolaboratif antara Litbang dan Dinas Kominfo dan Penyandian dan ketiga 3) perbaikan permasalahan dasar organisasi dalam hal ini a) memperjelas lingkup kewenangan tugas pokok dan fungsi pegawai b) menambah tenaga fungsional peneliti dan c) mengembangkan instrumen pendanaan alternatif selain dari pada pendanaan dari pemerintah.

Abstract

The increasing number of universities that rely on academic websites is triggering the growth of organizations that try to rank academic websites based on the standard assessment of the quality of an academic website. Until now, many organizations are issuing the value of academic website rankings based on the standards they have created. Based on Webometrics, Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU), and THES, for example, they have different standards for assigning grades and ratings from academic websites. Of the above three authors will use the ranking of Webometrics as a comparison. Webometrics has four assessment criteria that each of these criteria is given its own weight, the highest total score will rank first in the ranking they will release. The four criteria of Webometrics assessment used and its weight are: visibility (V) with a weight of 0.5; size (S) with weight 0.2; richfiles (R) with weights 0.15 and scholar (Sc) weighing 0.15. The object of this research is five college website in jambi city which has been chosen by writer. Data collection will be done with a period of 6 months, then the data in the average for further processed by the method of Entropy to obtain the weights used and Topsis method to determine the rank obtained. The ranking results with both methods were then compared with the October 2017 Webometrics release using the Spearman test as a hypothesis feasibility test

Abstract

e-learning is one of the learning media which supports the teaching and learning process by using the internet. Currently at SMA Negeri 5 Batanghari the teaching and learning process is carried out during the pandemic using social media such as whatsapp. There are limitations of the whatsapp application so that teaching and learning activities at the school do not go well, such as sending assignments that can carry out automatic assessments. Based on that, it is necessary to develop a web-based e-learning application with the aim of research to make it easier for teachers to send and process grades automatically. The method used in this research is on system development using the waterfall. While the method of data collection is done by interviewing, observing and reviewing the literature into related research. In this research, a web-based e-learning application was produced using the PHP programming language and the MySQL database. The views obtained in this e-learning application are teacher data, student data, grade data, assignment delivery, and reports for teachers in the progress of activities during teaching and learning at SMA Negeri 5 Batanghari.
