Abstract

The research was conducted to see the involvement of workers in the world of work based on 4.0 which prioritizes technology expertise in mobilizing company production activities. Another thing that is discussed in this study is the ability of workers in terms of education which supports the implementation of the use of technology in the world of work. The amount of wages will be given by the company in accordance with the work standards set by the company and the role of workers during the production process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh Return on Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Inventory Turnover (ITO), dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) terhadap peringkat obligasi korporasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2016-2020. Populasi penelitian ini adalah obligasi yang dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan yang terdadftar di Bursa Efek Indoesia Periode 2016-2020 sebanyak 1.126. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 28 obligasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi logistik dan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Return on Equity, Current Ratio, Inventory Turnover berpengaruh terhadap Peringkat Obligasi. Sedangkan Debt to Equity Ratio dan Price Earning Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap Peringkat Obligasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari variabel harga, diskon, pendapatan, dan brand ambas- sador terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian. Hasil dari penelitian menggambarkan harga, diskon, pendapatan dan brand ambassador tidak memberikan pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial. Kemudian, variabel harga, diskon, pendapatan dan brand ambassador memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian
