Abstract

Dribbling is one of the most important skill factors to be mastered by a player in order to play well. With good herding skills, the team will be more in control of the game, the game tactics will go well, the player easily creates scoring opportunities, and players will have high confidence in the game. Thus, critical success factors in the form of techniques, tactics and mental can be achieved. Many training methods that can be used to train dribbling skills. One of them is drill games. Drill games is a method of training in the form of a game that is done repeatedly so that the response becomes very strong and not easy to forget and to happen otomasisi movement with the aim to strengthen an association or refine a skill to become permanent. Because this exercise is done repeatedly and in the form of games, then the fourth factor to achieve the achievement of physical condition of endurance can also increase. This research uses quasi-experimental method because the selection of saampel using population study technique is taking all the population into sample because the population number is relatively small. The research design used was Non Randomized control group pre test post test design. Sample 18 was divided into 2 groups, ie 9 samples to the control group and 9 samples into treatments. The tests performed are a bleep test for endurance and dribbling tests. From the calculation of the analysis obtained normal and homogeneous distribution data. From the data analysis using t test statistic, the result of the treatment group for t resilience is 3.265 and for t counting skill is 5,040. When compared with t table at 5% significant level N = 9 equal to 1.860 then t count> t table so H0 is rejected and H1 accepted which means there is increasing endurance and dribbling skill in soccer game at student of SSB Montong Gading. The conclusion of this study is that drill games drill programs have a significant effect on endurance and dribbling skills and there are different influences from both groups where the dribbling skills experience greater improvement

Abstract

Footwork exercises use many methods and methods of using games, cones etc. However, this method includes conventional methods and athletes are bored with the same method. Therefore, new methods are needed so that athletes get a new motivation and new enthusiasm to practice footwork. One form of footwork exercise that needs to be tried is technology using training. The technology used is a light mounted on a corner of the field and controlled by a remote control. The objectives to be achieved in this study are to study the effectiveness of the application of footwork training on the agility of futsal players. This type of research is research by applying the pretest and posttest to the subject that discusses the agility test using the agilty test. The population in this study were 14 futsal players at Al Hasaniyah NW Jenggik High School. Because the population is small, all populations are sampled and the sampling technique used is population studies. The technique of collecting data in this study uses documentation and tests to measure agility. Data analysis techniques using a different test means with the help of SPSS 17.0. The data collected and processed are the results of the measurement of the agility of futsal players of Al Hasaniyah NW Jenggik High School. This agility test uses the Side Step Test before practice (Pretest) and after practice (post test). Based on the results of the research and discussion explained in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that the conclusions in this study are as follows (1) It is necessary to increase the agility of Al Hasaniyah NW Jenggik High School Futsal Players from the application of Footwork Training Technology Applications. (2) Increased players increase 4.05% increase.

Abstract

Physical and technical conditions are two factors that support athletes to achieve peak performance. With good physical condition, athletes will be faster and more appropriate to use technical abilities and apply tactics given by a coach. Thus, achievement will certainly be obtained faster. However, the extent to which the physical condition contributes to the skills of the game's sport has not been known in more detail. The formulation of the problem in this study is how does the physical condition and playing skills of athletes playing sports contribute? The purpose of this study was to measure and analyze physical conditions and playing skills in sports. The research method used is correlational. Subjects in the study were 45 members of the IKIP Mataram Sports UKM. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis technique with SPSS is multiple linear correlation. Based on the results of the research and discussion described in the previous chapter, the conclusions in this study can be stated as follows: (1). The physical condition of the PS IKIP Mataram players is in a very good condition (2). The skill of playing soccer PS IKIP Mataram is in the good category. (3). There is a relationship between the physical condition and the skill of playing football players PS IKIP Mataram

Abstract

Air Alert Training program is an training program to improve the ability of vertical jumps consisting of 6 movements. However, in sports achievements not only strength is needed, but an increase in basic biomotor components as a whole. The basic biomotor components included strength, endurance, speed, coordination, and flexibility. Because the basic biomotor component consists of anaerobic and aerobic, a training method is needed that can increase both of them together. One method that can be used is the circuit training method. The formulation of the problem in this study is 1) what basic biomotor components can be improved by modifying the Air Alert Training ?, 2) how much is the increase in the basic biomotor components due to Air Alert Training ?. The goal to be achieved in this study is to improve the basic biomotor component through modification of Air Alert Training. The research method used in this study was an experimental method because it sought a causal relationship between two variables, namely Air Alert Training on the basic motor components of extracurricular soccer players at SMAN 1 Montong Gading. This research is located at SMAN 1 Montong Gading East Lombok by taking 18 extracurricular soccer players from SMAN 1 Montong Gading. The test used is an action test for each basic biomotor component with a predetermined operational standard (SOP). The output target of this study is publication in ISSN journals and products in the form of training programs that can improve the basic biomotor components needed in preservation sports simultaneously so that it can improve the achievement of extracurricular soccer players at SMAN 1 Montong Gading. Data analysis using SPSS t test paired sample test. The results of the analysis show the value (sig.) <Α (0.05), that is (0,000 <0.05), then H0 is rejected, H1 is accepted, meaning there is an increase in the basic biomotor component due to water alert training.

Abstract

The problem was the lack of ability of dribble on the players of Lombok Smile FC, which is clearly seen on his body flexibility and limb muscle power that is inadequate in performing dribble. The purpose of this research is to determine whether or no there is correlation between body flexibility and limb muscle power toward dribble ability in football on the Lombok Smile FC. The design of this type of research is correlation using Direct Correlation. The method used in this research is method of documentation and test methods. The sample in this research is 20 players using sampling techniques of study population. On a significant level of 5%, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepeted. This is because the number limit of rejected in r table = 0.444 at N = 20. While the r-score is 0.793 so that r-score is higher than the r-table on the 5% significance level (0.793 > 0.444). This means that the Ha is accepted which states; there is significant correlation between body flexibility and limb muscle power toward dribble ability.
