Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of dividend policies, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership, both partially and simultaneously, on the value of banking sector companies listed on the IDX for the period 2018-2022. Sampling in this study uses a purposive sampling technique. So that research data was obtained as many as 140 data samples. The type of research used is quantitative and analytical observational research design with a cross-sectional approach, which is a study with the aim of analyzing the dynamics of inter-effects and effects, by collecting time-lapse data at a certain time (point time approach). The analysis methods used are multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and determination coefficient (R2). The results of the partial study show that dividend policy has a positive and significant effect on the value of companies in the banking sector in Indonesia, in 2018-2022. Meanwhile, management ownership and institutional ownership have no effect on the value of banking sector companies in Indonesia in 2018-2022. Simultaneously, dividend policies, institutional ownership, and management ownership have a significant effect on the value of companies in the banking sector in Indonesia in 2018-2022. The determination coefficient shows the magnitude of the variation in the dependent variable due to the variation of the independent variable of 11.3% The change in the variation in the company's value is due to the influence of dividend policy, institutional ownership, and management ownership. While the remaining 88.7% was influenced by other variables outside this study. Such as fiscal, monetary, or national political stability in its influence on the rise and fall of the company's value.

Abstract

Exposure to pesticides increases the risk of oxidative stress, which triggers inflammation and thereby impairs organ function and metabolic processes, manifesting as abnormalities in blood pressure, hemoglobin levels, total cholesterol, and BMI. This initiative aims to promote sustainable agriculture through training in the production of eco-enzymes as an environmentally friendly pesticide made from household organic waste. The target participants are 30 housewives who are the wives of farmers. Results of clinical examination analysis showed that all participants had at least one risk factor contributing to cardiovascular and metabolic risk factors associated with oxidative stress, with the largest distribution falling into the moderate-risk category (56.7%) and high-risk category (30.0%). Based on the Wilcoxon test, an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) p < 0.05 and Z -5,477 was obtained, indicating a significant difference between pre-test and post-test results, showing a significant improvement in scores following the educational intervention. The results of the questionnaire validity test showed a Pearson product-moment correlation of 0.523–0.921, and the reliability test yielded a Cronbach’s alpha of 0.885. The average score from the satisfaction questionnaire completed by the participants was 4.8, indicating a very high level of satisfaction.

Abstract

Dalam era digital saat ini, kreativitas menjadi keterampilan yang sangat penting bagi mahasiswa untuk bersaing di tingkat global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pelatihan pembuatan produk digital menggunakan Canva dalam meningkatkan kreativitas mahasiswa Administrasi Bisnis Angkatan 2023 Universitas Sahid Surakarta, khususnya dalam mata kuliah Kreativitas dan Inovasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kombinasi antara pengajaran teori dan praktik langsung (learning by doing) melalui beberapa tahapan, termasuk penyampaian materi, brainstorming ide, praktik desain, presentasi hasil, serta evaluasi dan refleksi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan pada tiga aspek: pemahaman dasar desain grafis (dari 28% menjadi 85%), kemampuan menggunakan Canva (dari 25% menjadi 88%), dan kreativitas dalam menciptakan produk digital (dari 30% menjadi 90%). Pelatihan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan teknis mahasiswa dalam desain digital, tetapi juga memperkuat rasa percaya diri serta kemampuan berpikir kritis dan inovatif. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan pembuatan produk digital berbasis Canva sangat efektif dalam mengembangkan potensi kreatif mahasiswa dan sangat relevan untuk diterapkan secara berkelanjutan di dunia pendidikan tinggi.
