Abstract

This study aims to empirically test price, location, and service quality on purchasing decisions for building materials at UD. Jaya Abadi in Sampang. Respondents in this study were consumers of UD. Jaya Abadi, who bought at least once. Sampling was selected using purposive sampling. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of this research hypothesis testing indicate that the price has an effect on purchasing decisions for building materials at UD. Jaya Abadi. Location affects the decision to purchase building materials at UD. Jaya Abadi. Service quality affects the decision to purchase building materials at UD. Jaya Abadi. Price, location, service quality simultaneously influence the purchasing decision for building materials at UD. Jaya Abadi.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Marketing Public Relations Strategy is carried out by the Surabaya Islamic Hospital. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive type. The sample in this study were 7 respondents consisting of 2 hospital employees and 5 respondents from inpatients. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that the informants chose RSI Surabaya for treatment because the PKRS (Hospital Health Promotion) activities carried out by the hospital could attract attention and make the informants have confidence in the health services provided by RSI Surabaya. In addition to promoting its health services, RSI is also trying to create a public image through several health talk shows which are broadcast live through PKRS RSI Surabaya media and even broadcast through Suara Muslim Radio 93.8 FM Surabaya.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the description of the small shrimp cracker industry in Kwanyar District and analyze the appropriate development strategy to be applied to the shrimp cracker small industry in Kwanyar District. This research was conducted in Kwanyar Barat Village with 5 informants. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The research instrument was conducted by interview, observation and documentation methods. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and uses swot analysis to analyze the internal and external environment of the Kwanyar Shrimp Cracker Home Business. The results show that the strategies that can be used are to produce more shrimp crackers, maintain a distinctive taste, sell at low prices, and increase promotions.

Abstract

This study aim s to determ ine the im plem entation of promotional strategies using digital marketing for SMEs in Pia Village, as well as knowing the benefits and obstacles in im plem enting digital m ark eting as a prom otional strate gy for SMEs in Pia Village. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, collecting data b y conducting observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The conclusion of this study is that the promotion strategy using digital marketing has been implemented by pia business people in Pia Gempol Village. The social media used for product promotion are WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. Businessmen also use Google My Business and Google Maps in m ark eting the products they sell. Constraints in the applicationofdigitalmarketing as a promotional strategy used by business actors are the most experienced by inadequate hum an resources in content creation. The b enefit of im plem enting digital m arketing as a prom otional strategy is that sales have increased, helping to facilitate prom otion and wider reach.

Abstract

This research discusses the problems that exist in one of the companies, namely King's Boy Barbershop Surabaya, which is located at Pacuan Kuda, Surabaya No. 46. In this study there are three variables, namely Trust, Customer Satisfaction, and Intention to Revisit. This research uses quantitativeresearchmethods.Thenumberofrespondents was 30 respondents. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of customer trust and satisfaction on repeat visit intentions. Using multiple linear regression analysis, the results show that (1) Trust has a positive and significant effect on intention to revisit King's Boy Barbershop; (2) Customer satisfactionhasapositiveandsignificanteffectonintention torevisitKing'sBoy Barbershop Surabaya; (3) Customer Trust and Satisfaction simultaneously influence Revisit Intentions at King's Boy Barbershop Surabaya
