Abstract

Technological developments in the industrial era brought many changes, especially in the world of work. This study aims to determine the impact of the industrial revolution 4.0 in the company's operational changes to the development of human resources in the production division of PT. Gunung Agung Sentosa (Luckystar) The resource person in this study is the head of the production division. Researchers used 10 research items to see how the impact of the 4.0 industrial revolution that occurred in the company's operational changes on the development of human resources in the production division of PT. Mount Agung Sentosa (Luckystar) Gresik. The data collection technique used in this research is to make observations, interviews, and documentation. What is done indirectly is the researcher with the head of the production division and the state of human resources in the production division environment considering the conditions of the covid-19 pandemic that occurred. The results of this study indicate that the impact of the industrial revolution 4.0 provides negative and positive changes with the development of technology given to the operations of the production division of PT. Mount Agung Sentosa.

Abstract

This study is a qualitative research by exploring both primary and secondary data. Its used  direct interviews to the owner of UD. Rembulan Printing and the five people have had appointed to be informants. The results showed that there are 4 strategies to improve the employees performance. Growth strategy (SO) It means that the interpersonal relationships can help the harmonize relationships between employees so that they comfortable and last long in the company. The good services and knowledge sharing can maintain the good relationships with consumers and suppliers (of raw materials). Diversification Strategy (WO)  The good recruitment and chancing for fresh graduates who’s expert in financial reporting and good administration. Good relationships between employees can provide motivation and solutions for employees who want to get out of the company. Influencing and providing the best advice to prevent employees for leaving the company. Differentiation Strategy (ST)  Management and the employees must be a harmonize relationships for maintaining human resources who experts in printing. And Defensive Strategy (WT) It means the management must improve the quality of human resources.

Abstract

This study aims to partially the effect: (1) the influence of work family conflict on the performance of women employees of the roll devision at PT Warahma Biki Makmur (2) the influence of work stress on the performance of women employees at PT Warahma Biki Makmur Tuban Regency. This research includes causal associative research with quantitative approaches. The results showed that: (1) work family conflict positive and significant affects the performance of women employees of the roll devision at PT Warahma Biki Makmur. This is indicated by the value of the regression coefficient (β) of 0.691 and the p value (sig) of 0.000. (2) work stress negative and significant affects the performance of women employees of the roll devision at PT Warahma Biki Makmur. This is indicated by the beta coefficient (β) of -0.462 and the p value (sig) of 0.000.
