Abstract

Background: During the Pandemic Period, the policies of the Central Government and the Kebumen Regency Government make learning process on University Muhammadiyah Gombong have to be conducted online from home. The learning process can be accessed by Zoom, Google Meeting, Google Classroom, and Whatsapp Groups media. Students felt something problems during electronic learning where students were not understanding, especially clinical skills laboratory. This case makes the students unsatisfied. Purpose: To describe students’ satisfaction on e-learning process during COVID- 19 pandemic on University Muhammadiyah Gombong. Method: This research was a descriptive quantitative method. Research samples were of eighty-nine students of the bachelor and diploma nursing program of University Muhammadiyah Gombong. They were recruited by proportionate random sampling. Result: The most of respondents’ ages were twenty years old, thirty respondents (33.7%). Seventy-eight of respondents were female (87.6%), and twenty-six respondents were the first year. Conclusion: Fifty-four students were satisfied enough category (60.7%) against the e-learning process

Abstract

gaya kepemimpinan adalah perilaku dalam memimpin bawahan yang bertujuan untuk menghubungkan tujuan organisasi dengan tujuan setiap individu untuk mencapai suatu tujuan, serta para eksekutif dapat menggunakan gaya tersebut untuk mengevaluasi karyawan atau bawahannya. Kinerja keperawatan adalah sekumpulan kegiatan keperawatan dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan kepada pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruang dengan kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Sruweng. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Penelitian korelasional adalah penelitian yang memiliki tujuan untuk melihat apakah ada dan sejauh mana ditemukannya korelasi antara dua variabel atau lebih. Rancangan desain penelitian ini dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 59 responden. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan menggunakan uji Kendall Tau-b dengan program SPSS versi 26.0 didapatkan hasil bahwa nilai p value adalah 0.000 (kurang dari 0.05) yang berarti ada hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruang dengan kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Sruweng. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji Kendall Tau-b didapatkan nilai Correlation Coefficient sebesar 0.716 yang artinya korelasi kuat. Gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh kepala ruang di Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Sruweng berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat. Diharapkan penelitian selanjutnya dapat menambahkan variabel penelitian dengan menggunakan faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja perawat.

Abstract

Background: SARS-CoV-2 caused COVID-19. The Indonesian government introduced a distance-learning policy in mid-March 2020. Online learning is education that takes place over the internet and can be conducted in the home. Parents have to accompany their children many times at home, and it was impacted parent stress. Purpose: to know the relationship of study from home and parents stress level when they accompany their children during the COVID-19 pandemic. Method: This study was descriptive correlational research with a cross-sectional approach. The total respondents were sixty-six parents of students at SD Kreatif Muhammadiyah Gombong. They were recruited as respondents by random sampling technique. The structured instrument in this study was LORI and PSS-10. Result: From sixty-six respondents there were sixty-two women (93.9%), sixty-one aged 25-45 years old (92,4%), thirty-six had higher education background (54.5%), twenty-six were housewife (39.4%). A number of thirty-one respondents were at an adequate level (47%) when they accompanied their children to study at home, and fourth-one respondents were in high levels (62.1%). Analysis data used the Spearmen rank test, and it showed a relationship between both variables (p-value = 0.035 < 0.05). Conclusion: There was a relationship between study from home and parents stress level. Recommendation: This resulting study can be a reference for the parent who has students studying at home. The parent can also give motivation regularly, and it may improve children’ performance. Besides on the parent should have coping strategies to solve all problems.
