Abstract

The role of a supervisor is very much expected in training the use of technology to teachers so that it can assist them in completing tasks and making it easier to carry out education in schools. The expertise and skills of a teacher or teacher in operating a technology system at this time is very important, because in this modern era all teachers are required to master technology to make it easier to carry out and complete their work, but in fact there are still many teaching staff who are still lacking. knowledge in operating technology, so to overcome these problems, supervision is needed for teaching staff who are trained by supervisors or people who are experts in accessing and operating a technology.

Abstract

Actually the content standard covers the minimum material scope and minimum competency level to achieve minimum graduate competence at certain levels and types of education. The curriculum is a set of educational plans and programs that are used as a reference by educational institutions that are adapted to the level and needs of students and by taking into account local culture. Policy on implementing the education unit level curriculum (KTSP), government decisions and regulations relating to the educational institution or level/type of school concerned. In the education process, curriculum management needs to be implemented so that curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation run more effectively, efficiently, and optimally in empowering various learning resources, learning experiences, and curriculum components. (Sulfemi 2018: 4) Process standards are national education standards related to the implementation of learning in an educational unit to achieve graduate competency standards. The learning process in educational units is held interactively, inspiring, fun, challenging, motivating students to participate actively, and providing sufficient space for initiative, creativity, and independence in accordance with the talents, interests, and physical and psychological development of students.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of technology supervision improvement management in improving the quality of school-based learning at SDN Tanah Habang, Lampihong District, Balangan Regency, South Kalimantan Province. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The sources of data in this study were obtained through the principal, teachers, education staff, and the community around SDN Tanah Habang, Lampihong District, Balangan Regency. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing and analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and verification or drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the management of improving technology supervision in improving the quality of school marching learning at SDN Tanah Habang, Lampihong District, Balangan Regency, South Kalimantan has basically been implemented through involvement of various parties in carrying out activities at the school, but has not gone as expected. This is marked by the lack of discipline on the part of the school and the lack of cooperation with parents of students or the community in implementing school-based quality management.

Abstract

Various kinds of important processes in education, one of which is facilities and infrastructure. If in a scope of education the facilities and infrastructure are managed properly then of course it is very influential for students because these facilities and infrastructure are very important in supporting a learning process. To get these quality facilities and infrastructure, a strategy is needed in their management and there must also be supporting factors such as human resources who are trained and appropriate in their fields. If there is a strategy in the management of facilities and infrastructure, it is hoped that the learning process runs smoothly and needs are met.

Abstract

Through an integrated dapodik management information system strategy (integrated) can provide more accurate and quality information to support the development of operations, management, and decision-making functions within an organization. The school's strategy in analyzing the internal and external environment, the chosen strategy in improving the quality of basic education is through a curriculum program strategy, a program to improve the quality of educators and education staff. Therefore, we need a qualified operator and educator who can create conditions so that all components are interrelated and can work well together to achieve school goals.

Abstract

Trust is very important in a management. Good management is supported by good leadership. Leadership is founded on trust. When self-confidence is fragile, the leader will soon collapse. Similar to leadership standing in education on the basis of trust. Therefore, the most basic and important thing when being a leader is to instill trust in the members or subordinates because of the way that a leader will be respected and respected in an organization. Instilling trust in the leadership of subordinates is influenced by the type of person and the type of leadership style depends on the person.

Abstract

With the rapid development of the internet and digital information technology and coupled with a pandemic, humans need to adapt and change many aspects of their lives, including in the learning process, especially when there is a strong urge to adapt technology more quickly due to the ongoing pandemic outbreak. Learning that was previously done outside the network is now taking place online during a pandemic. The disruption that has occurred in the learning process throughout the pandemic will certainly not restore the habits that existed in learning before the pandemic when the pandemic ends. Actually every normal before the disruption will change to normal after the disruption.
