Abstract

The form of the State of Indonesia is a unitary state in the form of a Republic or better known as the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). Indonesia is a country that adheres to the Pancasila democratic system where this system upholds the human rights of a citizen and guarantees the freedom for every individual to associate, assemble, express opinions, and recognize equality in law and government.
