Abstract

Hal yang mengakibatkan salah satunya pemadaman di beberapa tempat adalah ganguan pada sistem pasokan listrik. Untuk pencegahannya, maka diciptakanlah suatu alat untuk monitoring arus bocor pada kabel power trafo tenaga secara online. Alat ini bekerja dengan menggunakan input sensor arus PZEM-004T sebagai pendeteksi arus nya dan input jaringan internet untuk menampilkan nilai data arus ke Thingspeak dan BLYNK, WEMOS-D1 sebagai mikrokontroller nya untuk memproses informasi arus dari sensor arus, hasilnya berupa parameter arus pada kabel power yang tertampil di thingspeak secara online atau web dan notifikasi nilai arus dengan bentuk warna di gauge didalam Thingspeak tersebut. Ketika Thingspeak tidak bisa di akses, masih ada BLYNK dan LCD sebagai monitor cadangan. Untuk BLYNK tertampil nilai arus dan notifikasi berupa golongan nilai arus di wiget terminal. Selain widget tersebut, tersedia widget notifikasi smartphone untuk memberitahu bahwa alat mati, juga notifikasi ketika arus mencapai nilai golongan “OVER CURRENT”. Widget yang lain yaitu widget notifikasi email yang hanya tersedia notifikasi arus mencapai nilai golongan “OVER CURRENT” saja. Untuk LCD, menampilkan nilai arus bocor dan notifikasi nilai di setiap golongannya. Hasil dari tiga percobaan pengukuran bahwa setiap komponen berada pada tegangan dan arus sesuai spesifikasinya, respon input jaringan internet tergantung dari konektifitasnya. Untuk BLYNK rata-rata respon waktu sekitar 2 detik setiap menampilan nilai arus, sedangkan untuk Thingspeak rata-rata responnya 17 detik. Alat ini lebih unggul daripada tang ampere merk sanwa karena mampu menampilkan nilai arus mencapai dua angka dibelakang koma. Kata Kunci: Kabel power, Monitoring, Sensor arus, Thingspeak, Wemos D1

Abstract

Beton merupakan material konstruksi yang terbuat dari campuran antara agregat, semen, dan air. Dalam perkembangannya, penelitian mengenai material penyusun beton sering dilakukan untuk mencari solusimemanfaatkan sumber daya yang ada disekitar sebagai pengganti campuran, diantaranya menggantikan semen dengan abu batubara dan abu sekam padi. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang ditimbulkan dari abu batubara dan abu sekam padi yang digunakan sebagai subtitusi semen terhdap komposisioptimum. Variasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu 0%, 5%-10%, 10%-7.5%, 15%-5%, dan 20%-2,5%, nilai factor air semen ditetapkan 0,51, menggunakan benda uji silinder diameter 10 cm dan tinggi 20 cm. Dari hasil pengujian, dapat diketahui bahwa penggunaan abu batubara dan abu sekam padi sebagai subtitusi semen berpengaruh pada kenaikan nilai kuat tekan pada awal umur rencana, kuat tekan tertinggi terjadi di variasi IV pada umur beton 56 hari yaitu sebesar 22,31 MPa dari kuat tekan rencana yaitu 25 MPa . Untuk pesentase optimum terjadi diantara variasi II dan Variasi III. Pengaruh komposisi bahan ini dapat digunakan untuk keperluan beton non struktur.

Abstract

Badminton is a sport that uses a combination of strength and endurance. Badminton athletes need to have good physical fitness to produce oxygen for energy formation. Factors that influence physical fitness are age, gender, genetics, nutritional status, nutritional intake, and physical activity. The research aims to determine the level of protein intake of badminton players on the physical fitness of students at Ikbis Surabaya. The research was carried out at the IKBiS Surabaya Badminton Court using descriptive analytical methods. The research sample was 11 respondents who were badminton players at the Surabaya Health and Business Institute who were registered with the Surabaya Health and Business Institute UKM. Research data includes the level of nutritional adequacy and physical fitness of badminton players at the Surabaya Institute of Health and Business. The research results showed that the majority of respondents had a good level of protein adequacy of 54.5%. At the level of physical fitness, male and female athletes have a very poor category of 60.0% and 83.35%. It was concluded that there was a relationship between Protein Energy Adequacy Level and Physical Fitness among students at IKBIS Surabaya

Abstract

When playing volleyball, there is an optimal mechanism in terms of dissipating heat energy from the body, which will evaporate sweat from the surface of the skin. This mechanism is also versatile in regulating temperature ranges in the body, where this process occurs during the sweating phase which can have an effect on dehydration. Dehydration itself is part of the loss of fluid volume in the body so that it can experience changes in body mass that occur during exercise. For example, water dehydration of 2% is defined as a body mass deficit of 2%. Thermoregulation in sweat is the main source of loss of body mass during acute exercise/exercise, but there are other factors that contribute, namely the loss of water and carbon dioxide through the respiratory tract which is produced by the substrate oxidation pathway. To restore stamina optimally as a result of rehydration, there must be a strategy to restore this condition. It is known that rehydration is an important factor in recovery, especially after exercise, if a player experiences a body mass deficit, they must replace it with fluids and electrolytes in preparation for the next training or match

Abstract

Adequate protein intake is essential for health and well-being at all ages. In children, adequate protein intake is essential for growth and development. In adults, adequate protein intake helps maintain lean body mass and prevents age-related loss of skeletal muscle mass. An athlete is required to always maintain physical fitness. Fitness is one indicator to determine a person's level of health, especially for an athlete. The fitter a person is, the healthier that person is. This study aims to analyze the relationship between adequate levels of macronutrients and fitness in badminton athletes. This research uses a quantitative type of research with a cross-sectional research design and a sample of 32 athletes. Data was obtained via online Google form, namely data on carbohydrate, protein and fat intake with 3x24 hour food records via the IPAQ questionnaire sheet. Data analysis used the Spearman Rank Correlation test. as many as 28 (87.5%) respondents had insufficient levels of carbohydrate sufficiency, and as many as 31 (96.9%) respondents had sufficient levels of protein which was more as well as adequate levels of fat. 31 (96.9%) respondents had sufficient levels of fat. which is excessive. And it is known that as many as 25 (78.1%) respondents were fit. There was no significant relationship with all research variables (p≥0.05). The conclusion of this study shows that there is no relationship between adequate levels of carbohydrates, adequate levels of protein, adequate levels of fat on athlete fitness (p ≥ 0.05). There is no significant relationship between the level of macronutrient adequacy and the fitness of badminton athletes

Abstract

Abstrak Tulisan ini menjelaskan tentang fenomena sab’atu aḥruf dalam transformasi periwayatan Al-Qur’an serta relasinya dengan qira’at sab’ah. Melalui penelitian berjenis pustaka yang menelusuri data secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis-deskriptif dan pendekatan historis-komparatif dalam menggali dan mengupas sumber data primer maupun sekunder. Maka ditemukan hasil bahwa Al-Qur’an yang diturunkan dalam bahasa Arab ada indikasi terkontaminasi dengan dialek atau idiolek suku-suku Arab yang dikenal memiliki naluri kebahasaan yang kuat. Hal itu kemudian dikaitkan dengan hadis-hadis sab’atu aḥruf yang menimbulkan beragam respon pendapat dari para ulama, yang paling kuat mengarah pada maksud tujuh dialek Bangsa Arab yang memiliki kesamaan makna. Keterkaitannya dengan qira’at sab’ah sekedar bagian dari perkembangan makna sab’atu aḥruf yang penuh teka-teki dan ketidakjelasan tujuannya. Terlebih jika dilihat dari potret historis polemiknya bacaan Al-Qur’an yang diwarnai berbagai tragedi perselisihan, qira’at sab’ah merupakan konsep yang dicetuskan oleh Ibnu Mujahid dan diikuti oleh sebagian besar umat Islam hingga akhirnya didobrak oleh Ibnu al-Jazari dengan revitalisasi arkân al-qirâ’ât. Kata Kunci: hadis, ahruf, sab’ah, qira’at, perselisihan Abstract This article explains the phenomenon of sab'atu aḥruf in the transformation of the narration of the Qur'an and its relationship with qira'at sab'ah. Through library-type research that explores data qualitatively using descriptive-analytical methods and historical-comparative approaches in exploring and analyzing primary and secondary data sources. So it was found that the Al-Qur'an which was revealed in Arabic had indications of being contaminated with the dialects or idiolects of Arab tribes who were known to have strong linguistic instincts. This was then linked to the hadiths of Sab'atu Aḥruf which gave rise to various opinions from the ulama, the strongest of which was towards the meaning of the seven Arab dialects which have the same meaning. Its connection with qira'at sab'ah is only part of the development of the meaning of sab'atu aḥruf which is full of enigmas and unclear objectives. Moreover, if we look at the historical portrait of the polemic of the reading of the Qur'an which was colored by various tragedies of dispute, qira'at sab'ah is a concept that was coined by Ibn Mujahid and followed by the majority of Muslims until it was finally broken down by Ibn al-Jazari with the revitalization of the arkân al-qirâ'ât.
