Abstract

Hadith is the second source of tasyri' after the Qur'an. Hadith functions as bayan at-taqrir, bayan at-tafsir, bayan at-tasyri' . In musthalah hadith , the term mukhtalif hadith is known, namely two maqbul hadiths that contradict each other outwardly, have the same position, which can be used as evidence . Problem solving against the contradictions of this hadith by means of jam'u , tarjih, nasakh or tawaqquf. The cause of the emergence of this contradictory hadith is the existence of internal factors, external factors, methodological factors, and ideological factors . This journal discusses the causes of hadith contradictions and problem solving against mukhtalaf hadith . The result is that contradictory hadiths of the Prophet are only outwardly, the scholars have made ijtihad to resolve them even though there are differences of opinion between them.

Abstract

From the public to religious leaders, religious moderation has become a widespread phenomenon lately. This has to do with the religious climate in Indonesia, which is a bit unsettling. This is an example of religious radicalism, as the increasing religious polemics have a significant impact on elements of harmony. This situation encourages the development of religious moderation. Religious moderation can be defined as religious practice that is balanced rather than excessive. However, over time the definition of religious moderation has become more complex. This thesis aims to find out whether Hadith as the second Muslim guideline has roots and has great potential to invite its followers to commit violence and terror, especially against people of other religions. In this study, researchers used the thematic method (Maudhu'i), which is to do takhrij Hadith regarding religious moderation, then sanad criticism and matan criticism. Then relate it to the contexts related to the problem studied. The results show that the Hadith does not invite Muslims to be violent, extreme and excessive in religion as well as the Qur'an. The Qur'an and Hadith offer that understanding and practicing religion must go through the path of balance and be in the middle ground so that religion seems friendly, gentle and compassionate. In fact, balance is a necessity, including in natural law as the harmony of life. If not, this world will be destroyed and perish

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peran agama dalam meningkatkan kesadaran budaya politik terhadap masyarakat di Tanjung Beringin, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Alasan penelitian ini karena agama dan politik menjadi sesuatu yang asing atau tabu diperbincangkan masyarakat. Masyarakat merasa bahwa politik sebagai masalah pejabat atau pemerintah saja. Pendekatan penelitian ini memakai metode eksploratif dan bersifat kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan menggali seluas-luasnya pengetahuan terhadap sebab dan akibat yang mempengaruhi gejala masyarakat yang menghindari persoalan politik. Kemudian penulis memilih informan dengan melakukan cara purposesampling, yakni informasi yang diambil dari masyarakat pelaku dakwah dan awam. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh hubungan bahwa peran agama tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kehidupan masyarakat. Agama dan politik juga memiliki hubungan yang erat dalam meningkatkan keharmonisan sosial, namun pada level masyarakat awam di Tanjung Beringin, terdapat masyarakat yang kurang memahami persoalan politik secara benar, ini dibuktikan bahwa masyarakat tidak menyadari bahwa politik sebenarnya mempengaruhi cara pandang terhadap ideologi negara, bidang pendidikan, ekonomi, sosial dan sebagainya
