Abstract

Islam regulates various aspects of life in worship, as a nation, as a state, in society and with the right beliefs. And Allah SWT sent down the Qur'an solely to be used as a guide for mankind, in order to live according to the truth. The purpose of this study is to provide a deeper understanding of the tradition of rejecting reinforcements. The problem examined in this study is how to implement the tradition of rejecting reinforcements and how Islamic law views the tradition of rejecting reinforcements. This study uses a type of field research (field research) using a qualitative method whose data source comes from information. The data collection method used is the interview method. The results of the research that the authors obtained show that: 1) The community's view of the tradition of rejecting reinforcements is the tradition of their predecessors. Most of the people who carry out the tradition of rejecting reinforcements are people who follow previous teachings that have become habits, teachings that have been taught from generation to generation by previous communities. The reason people carry out the tradition of rejecting reinforcements is to avoid an epidemic that can no longer be prevented, therefore the tradition of rejecting reinforcements is a form of effort by the people of the Teluk Panji Plantation Village to resist the plague. 2) According to the opinion of the fiqh scholars regarding urf including the Hanfiyah priests and Malikiyah urf something that has been considered good so that it has become a tradition in a society. Hanafiyah and Malikiyah scholars also argue with the hadith of the prophet "something that is considered good by Muslims, including something that It is also good according to Allah SWT. Meanwhile, according to Syafi'iyah and Hambali, they do not consider urf as a proof or a syar'i legal proposition. The Shafi'iyah group does not recognize the existence of ihtihsan, they avoid using legal instincts and do not use it as a proof. iyah refuses to use urf as a source of Islamic law.

Abstract

The Recruitment Pattern of the Ministry of Religion in Determining the Tanjungbalai City Indonesian Hajj Officer Team. This study aims to determine the Recruitment Patterns of the Ministry of Religion in Determining the Tanjungbalai City Indonesian Hajj Officer Team both from the recruitment process, recruitment requirements, recruitment sources, recruitment methods. This study uses a qualitative research method approach. Primary data was obtained directly through interviews, namely the Ministry of Religion of Tanjungbalai City. Secondary data obtained from research documents. The results of the study show that the recruitment pattern of the Ministry of Religion in determining the team of Indonesian haj officers in the city of Tanjungbalai began with the appointment of the Directorate General of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia, then a letter was sent to the Province and again to the city. Ministry of Religion. Then the sources are from internal and external although externally the city Ministry of Religion is only to participate so that only a few take part in the registration of haj officers, because the success of recruitment depends on the large number of those who register to become haj officer recruitment at the Ministry of Religion of Tanjungbalai City.

Abstract

In a democratic system, political parties play an important role in decision-making and government administration. However, in Indonesia, national political parties have consolidated hegemony, so local and regional parties focus on increasing their influence. This makes new political parties in the national political system significant, especially for parties that come from weak and under-resourced regions.The method that researchers use in this research is qualitative research which aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon being studied. By choosing this research method, it aims to dig deeper into establishing a new political party in the midst of the hegemony of national political parties (challenges and opportunities) of the People's Wave Party case in Asahan Regency.The results of research that have been carried out using interview techniques with the chairman of the DPD People's Wave Party of Asahan Regency are expected to get in-depth answers as well. After carrying out the interview. From the results of the interview, information was obtained about establishing a new political party in the midst of the hegemony of national political parties (challenges and opportunities) of the People's Wave Party case in Asahan Regency.The conclusion of the results of this study shows that the Gelora Party is faced with special and complex challenges in establishing itself in the midst of the hegemony of national political parties. Intense competition with established national political parties is the main obstacle for the Gelora Party.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the response of the Purba Sinomba Village community to the results of the 2024 Presidential Election, with a focus on the socio-political dynamics that occur in rural areas. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations of community political participation. The results of the study indicate that despite political polarization and dissatisfaction with the election results, the community tends to prioritize social harmony by respecting each other's choices, with the role of local figures such as village officials, religious leaders and youth leaders as important mediators in easing tensions. In addition, disinformation circulating through social media worsens the situation, especially due to the low political and digital literacy among rural communities. This study suggests the need to improve political and digital literacy to reduce the negative impact of invalid information, as well as strengthen the role of local figures in maintaining social stability post-election.
