Abstract

Abstract: Different learning styles have an influence on student learning outcomes. Learning style is a way of reacting and using the stimulants he receives in the learning process. Furthermore, it is said that learning style is a consistent way carried out by students in capturing stimulus or information, how to remember, think and solve problems. This research uses an interpretive paradigm, namely the collection of data from nature (natural setting) as the main / core data through book readings in the study of educational philosophy and learning styles in learning. The data in this study analyzes and increases Learning Motivation what are the supporting factors and obstacles to student Learning Motivation through learning styles and philosophical views. The source of data in this study comes from book documents and expert scientific studies. Then the results are transcribed and classified as needed. The results and discussions show Individuals have a tendency to auditory learning styles are likely to learn better by listening. They enjoy moments of listening to what is conveyed by others. Such a characteristic of learning models really puts hearing as the main tool of absorbing information or knowledge. This means that the first step in learning students must be to hear, only then be able to remember and understand the information received. Keywords: Auditory learning style, philosophical view

Abstract

Abstrak: Mewujudkan kualitas pendidikan pengawas sebagai pemimpin di sekolah harus dapat menerapkan kepemimpinannya dengan efektif, salah satunya adalah dapat menggerakkan bawahan (kepala sekolah, tenagakependidikan, dan siswa) guna menerapkan tugas pokok dan fungsinya sesuai dengan standar kompetensi yang telah ditetapkan. Pada penelitian yang dilakukan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research). Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Untuk menetapkan keabsahan data diperlukan teknik pemeriksaan, pelaksanaan. Pelaksanaan teknik pemeriksaan didasarkan atas sejumlah kriteria tertentu. Ada empat kriteria yang digunakan, yaitu derajat kepercayaan (credibility), keteralihan (transferability), kebergantungan (dependability), dan kepastian). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Bentuk kepemimpinan yang melayani, adalah: a) kepala yang melayani, b) tanganyang melayani, c) hati yang melayani. 2) Karakteristik kepemimpinan melayani antara lain: melayani, menyembuhkan, mendengarkan, kesadaran diri, empati, membangun kekuatan persuasif dan mempunyai konseptualisasi. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Melayani, Pengawas, Kualitas Pendidikan Abstract: Realizing the quality of educational supervisors as leaders in schools must be able to apply their leadership effectively, one of which is being able to mobilize subordinates (principals, education staff, and students) to carry out their main tasks and functions in accordance with predetermined competency standards. This research used a qualitative approach. The research method used in this research is field research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. To determine the validity of the data required inspection techniques, implementation. The implementation of inspection techniques is based on a number of certain criteria. There are four criteria used, namely the degree of trust (credibility), transferability (transferability), dependability (dependability), and certainty). The results of the study show that: 1) Serving leadership forms are: a) serving heads, b) serving hands, c) serving hearts. 2) The characteristics of servant leadership include: serving, healing, listening, self-awareness, empathy, building persuasive power and having conceptualization.
