Abstract

The family is a social unit in society that has a very large role and influence in the family in social and personality development of each family member requires its own organization and needs the head of the household as an important figure who leads the family in addition to several other family members. A family is called harmonious if all members feel happy which is marked by the absence of conflict, tension, disappointment and satisfaction with the situation (physical, mental, emotional, and social). social) all family members. This legal research is a descriptive research and is included in the type of normative or doctrinal legal research. Location of research in the library and types of secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used are document studies, in the form of laws and regulations, books, journals, papers, articles and others. Analysis of the data used is content analysis (Content of analysis). Based on this research, it was found that domestic violence is a crime category (crime) in general. There are two formulations of problems that must be studied, namely: forms of domestic violence and legal protection for victims of violence. The form of domestic violence is any act against a person, especially a woman, which results in physical, psychological, and neglect of the household, including threats to commit acts, coercion or deprivation of liberty against the law and within the household.

Abstract

KMU Gresik Main Eye Clinic is a medical eye health service with modern technology that specifically deals with eye problems such as cataracts, glaucoma, cornea, retina and refraction. The trend of eye clinics is increasing, so marketing activities are a management tool in today's business world. With the development of existing eye clinics, the eye clinic marketing strategy has become competitive. The dynamics of competition in seizing market opportunities are becoming tighter and increasingly felt. Each eye clinic has a different promotion strategy, namely in conveying information about products related to the services available. The formulation of this research problem consists of: 1. What are the marketing strategies being carried out by the KMU Gresik eye clinic in 2020 – 2023? 2. What innovative ideas can researchers provide to increase the target offering of KMU Gresik eye clinic services in 2023? This study aims to find out the marketing strategy carried out by the KMU Gresik eye clinic in 2020 – 2023. As well as provide ideas for innovation in the KMU Gresik eye clinic so that it is easy to achieve the target of eye health services. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The research instruments used to collect data are observation, interviews, and documentation. The marketing strategy carried out by the KMU Gresik Eye Clinic is the first before sales (stakeholder visits, Education, Screening, Home visit, KMU Goest to school). The second is sales (health services at clinics, diagnostic examinations, doctor's examinations, medical procedures or outpatient care). The third is after sales (control reminders for post cataract surgery patients one day, one week, and one month.

Abstract

The lack of public understanding of the products and services offered by Islamic financial institutions makes most people only see that the added value of Islamic financial institutions is halal and also aims to help others, many still think that Islamic financial institutions are the same as conventional financial institutions. Banjarwati Village Community is also a village with a Muslim community. This research was conducted in the people of Banjarwati Village, Paciran District, Lamongan Regency, which consisted of 5,825 residents with the aim of: to find out whether educational factors and religious behavior influence the use of Islamic financial institutions in the people of Banjarwati Village, Paciran District, Lamongan Regency. The number of respondents was 80 respondents. The sample collection technique uses the Simple Random Sampling method. Multiple Linear Regression analysis technique with SPSS 16.0 computer program. The results of this study show that partially the significance value of the education variable is 0.000 > 0.05 and the t count is 6.845 > t table 1.991 meaning that the education variable influences the use of Islamic financial institutions. Partially, the significance value of the religious behavior variable is 0.088 > 0.05 and the t count is 1.726 <t table 1.991 meaning that there is no influence from the religious behavior variable on the use of Islamic financial institutions. Simultaneously the calculated F value is greater than F table (31.130 > 3.106) and the significance value is α = 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) meaning that the variables of education and religious behavior together have a significant effect on the use of Islamic financial institutions.
