Abstract

The company does not yet have a system that can help provide recommendations to companies in determining the best employees as one of the conditions for promotion. The system used is GAP competence. Competency GAP compares individual competencies to job competencies so that differences in competence are obtained. This study aims to create a decision-making model for promotion using the profile matching method, in order to be able to find out the assessment process objectively and transparently in accordance with the provisions at PT. United Tractors. The method used is quantitative because the research data is in the form of numbers. The results showed that the decision support system for promotion using the profile matching method through the process of collecting and analyzing data as well as the process of determining the ranking of employees of PT. United Tractors begins with determining the Gap, the weight of the Gap value, grouping the core factors and secondary factors, calculating the total value and finally determining the ranking.

Abstract

ABSTRAK  Many ways are used to make communication easier, One of the most notable changes to computer network communication technology is the use of wireless technology. The technology applied to this computer network is commonly called WLAN (Wireless LAN). WLAN is a local network of wireless areas that uses radio waves as a transmission medium. The conveniences contained in this technology are the triggers for choosing the use of technology in computer networks.  Of all the conveniences offered by wireless, there is a weakness in the application of this technology, namely the security side, which still has many loopholes to be attacked by other parties. Many unauthorized clients can access hotspots, if this happens, it will directly or indirectly harm the ISP (Internet Service Provider). By implementing the Ruckus Cloudpath Application configuration and the use of RADIUS features on the user side. Based on the results of research, the best security system at this time uses the WPA RADIUS (Wireless Protection Autentication Remote Authentication Dial in User Services) method.   Keywords: Wireless, Cloudpath, RADIUS.      Banyak cara yang digunakan untuk membuat komunikasi semakin mudah, Salah satu perubahan paling menonjol pada teknologi komunikasi jaringan komputer adalah penggunaan teknologi wireless. Teknologi yang diterapkan pada jaringan komputer ini biasa disebut WLAN (Wireless LAN). WLAN adalah suatu jaringan lokal area tanpa kabel yang menggunakan gelombang radio sebagai media tranmisinya. Kemudahan-kemudahan yang terdapat pada teknologi ini yang menjadi pemicu pemilihan penggunaan teknologi pada jaringan komputer. Dari semua kemudahan-kemudahan yang ditawarkan wireless ini terdapat suatu kelemahan dalam penerapan teknologi ini yaitu sisi keamanan yang masih banyak terdapat celah untuk diserang oleh pihak-pihak lain. Banyak client yang tidak sah dapat mengakses hotspot,  jika sampai hal ini terjadi maka secara langsung atau tidak langsung akan merugikan pihak ISP (Internet Servis Provider). Dengan menerapkan konfigurasi Aplikasi Ruckus Cloudpath dan penggunaan fitur RADIUS di sisi pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sistem keamanan terbaik pada saat ini menggunakan metode WPA RADIUS (Wireless Protection Autentication Remote Authentication Dial in User Services).   Kata Kunci: Wireless, Cloudpath, RADIUS.

Abstract

The application of information and communication technology in managing digital-based services has become a primary need. One of the rapidly growing sectors of technology use is mobile app-based food ordering services. ShopeeFood, one of the popular food ordering platforms in Indonesia, makes it easy for users to choose and order food from various restaurants on their smartphones. The problems currently faced are less intuitive interfaces, a less-than-optimal user experience, and unclear information, which have the potential to affect user satisfaction. This study aims to establish a relationship between the Usability (Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, Errors, Satisfaction) construct X1 and the Design Thinking Method (Emphatize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test) construct X2 as independent variables and UI/UX (Strategy, Scope, Structure, Framework, Surface) construct Y as dependent variables. Using a quantitative approach, online questionnaires with 15 statements were distributed; 100 responses were obtained and analyzed using SmartPLS, including the Patch Coefficient Test, Validity Test, Reliability Test, and Inner Model. The results indicate that the independent variables, Usability (X1) and Design Thinking (X2), simultaneously have a strong influence on the dependent variable, the UI/UX construct (Y). The Usability and Design Thinking variables are highly recommended for creating UI/UX designs for the Shopeefood application.Penerapan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pengelolaan layanan berbasis digital telah menjadi kebutuhan utama. Salah satu sektor yang berkembang pesat dalam pemanfaatan teknologi adalah layanan pemesanan makanan berbasis aplikasi mobile. ShopeeFood, sebagai salah satu platform pemesanan makanan yang populer di Indonesia, memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna untuk memilih dan memesan makanan dari berbagai restoran hanya melalui smartphone mereka. Permasalahan yang saat ini dihadapi yaitu antarmuka yang kurang intuitif, pengalaman pengguna yang kurang optimal, dan ketidak jelasan informasi, yang berpotensi mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pengguna, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun keterhubungan antara Usability (Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, Errors, Satisfaction) konstruk X1 dan  Metode Design Thinking (Emphatize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test) konstruk X2 sebagai variable independen serta UI/UX (Strategi, Cakupan, Struktur, Kerangka, Permukaan) konstruk Y sebagai variabel dependen. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penyebaran kuesioner secara online dengan 15 pernyataan diperoleh 100 data  dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS meliputi  Uji Patch Coefisient, Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas dan Inner Model. Hasilnya menyatakan bahwa variable independen konstruk Usability (X1) dan Design Thinking (X2) secara bersama sama berpengaruh yang kuat terhadap vaeriabel dependen konstruk UI/UX (Y), artinya faktor variabel Usability dan faktor Design Thinking sangat direkomendasikan dalam membuat rancangan design interface pada aplikasi shopeefood dengan menggunakan UI/UX
