Abstract

The purpose of this research is to increase the motivation and learning outcomes of learners in the material PPKn pancasila first practice sila using scientific shortata can improve the motivation and learning outcomes of learners.In the first cycle showed learning motivation (60%) and learning outcomes (55%). In Cycle II, it is able to increase learning motivation (75%)and learning outcomes (80%). In SiklusIII is able to increase learning motivation (95%) and learning outcomes (95%). In The First Cycle, Learning completeness reached 55% with an average value of 70.01. cycle II reaches 80% with an average value of 76.15.In Cycle III it reaches 95% with an average value of 96.00.

Abstract

The community's participation in the implementation of halal product assurance regulates in Articles 53, 54, and 55 of the JPH Law. However, its fact is under expectations. This paper aims to determine the obstacles in implementing the community's participation in local halal food assurance based on halal product assurance regulations in Banten province and the efforts made by the government to protect Muslim consumers. The study used socio-legal research methods with an abductive approach and qualitative data analysis, then data collection done by using in-depth interviews and related legal materials. The results showed the existence of four obstacles in the implementation of community participation in local halal food assurance based on halal product assurance regulations in Banten province, namely, the willingness to obtain halal raw materials for local food is limited, the processing process of local food products is less professional, the packaging of local food products is less attractive, the sale of halal local food products is still traditional and less desirable and weak public knowledge of consumer rights. The tripartite government efforts are essential to collaborate, namely the government (BPJPH), civil society, and business actors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis representasi perempuan dalam film Laura karya Hanung Bramantyo melalui pendekatan Analisis Wacana Kritis perspektif feminis yang dikembangkan oleh Sara Mills. Pendekatan ini menitikberatkan pada tiga aspek utama dalam teks: posisi subjek, posisi objek, dan posisi pembaca atau penonton. Film Laura dipilih karena secara naratif menampilkan transformasi tokoh perempuan dari posisi sebagai korban menuju figur yang memiliki agensi, keberdayaan, dan kontrol atas narasinya sendiri. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui teknik simak dan catat terhadap adegan, dialog, dan visual yang relevan dalam film. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa film Laura secara eksplisit memperlihatkan dinamika kekuasaan antara laki-laki dan perempuan dalam struktur sosial patriarkal. Tokoh Laura direpresentasikan sebagai subjek yang berani bersuara, mengklaim ruang publik, dan mempengaruhi opini masyarakat melalui media sosial dan pengadilan. Namun, pada beberapa bagian, Laura juga diposisikan sebagai objek penderitaan akibat tindakan tokoh laki-laki, yang mencerminkan ketimpangan kuasa dalam relasi gender. Selain itu, penonton secara aktif diarahkan untuk berpihak pada perjuangan perempuan melalui teknik sinematik seperti sudut pandang kamera, narasi batin tokoh, dan musik emosional. Dengan demikian, film ini tidak hanya menjadi produk hiburan, tetapi juga media kritik terhadap ketidakadilan gender serta representasi perempuan dalam budaya populer.
