Abstract

AbstrakPentingnya upaya membangun social and cultural capital demi menghadirkan kehidupan bersama melalui pemahaman nilai-nilai sosial kebudayaan. Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan memiliki misi psikologis-pedagogis yakni membentuk warga negara yang sosialis yang bertanggungjawab atas terselenggaranya masyarakat sosialis Indonesia yang adil dan makmur baik spiritual maupun materil yang berjiwa Pancasila. Dalam artikel ini, metode yang digunakan adalah metode studi kepustakaan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian bahwa Pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (1) dapat membentuk keteladanan dan mengembangkan kreatifitas sebagai cerminan jati diri bangsa dengan nilai sosial kultural ke-Indonesiaan dalam menghadapi realitas sosial yang kurang menguntungkan secara kultural, (2) sebagai pembelajaran dapat menstimulus kemerdekaan pemikiran tentang isu sosial menumbuhkan keterlibatan warga negara dalam penyelesaian konflik sosial secara konstruktif, (3) dapat menumbuhkan wawasan serta aktivitas sosio kultural seperti tumbuhnya social sensitive dan memberikan konstribusi aksi sosial sesuai harapan di dalam masyarakatKata Kunci: Budaya, Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan AbstractThe importance of efforts to build social and cultural capital to bring a common life through understanding socio-cultural values. Citizenship Education has a psychological-pedagogical mission, namely forming socialist citizens who are responsible for the implementation of a just and prosperous Indonesian socialist society both spiritually and materially with the spirit of Pancasila. In this article, the method used is the literature study method. As for the results of research that Civic Education Learning (1) can form transparency and develop creativity as a reflection of the identity of the nation with indonesian socio-cultural values in the face of social realities that are not culturally beneficial, (2) as learning can stimulate freedom of thought on social issues fostering citizen involvement in the resolution of social conflicts constructively, (3) can foster socio-cultural insights and activities such as the growth of social sensitivity and  contributing social action as expected in societyKeyword: Culture, Citizenship Education

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of Kesbangpol in efforts to foster and supervise community organizations, examine the synergistic relationship between the government, political actors and community organizations as well as its social impact on society. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a research strategy, namely case studies, which has an impact on the intensity of socialization of Pancasila values and national insight by collaborating with related agencies to mature citizens' understanding of how to have a society, nation and state that are in line with ideals. and Indonesia's national goal, which in its concrete form is to hold a "Pancasila Village" (2) Kesbangpol Service as a forum for ensuring the values of moderation in society which is demonstrated through its role as a forum for complaints about beliefs adhered to by individuals and community organizations through the synergy of partnerships with the Soppeng Regency Community Understanding Institute (Pakem).
