<![CDATA[AbstrakDengan adanya revolusi industri 4.0 ini, membawa kemajuan terhadap teknologi terkhususnya media sosial. Indonesia merupakan negara demokrasi yang berorientasi pada kesejahteraan rakyat. Oleh karena itu, dengan memanfaatkan media sosial masyarakat bisa memberikan partisipasi politiknya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan keefektifan media sosial terhadap formulasi kebijakan publik. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian case study (studi kasus) dan bersifat deskriptif berdasarkan perolehan data dari masyarakat dengan sumber informasi jurnal. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa media sosial dinilai efektif dalam penyampaian aspirasi, dengan media sosial ini dapat mempermudah komunikasi antara pemerintah dan masyarakat.
