AbstrakPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahuii pengaruhh fasilitass ruanggtunggu terhadappkepuasannpenumpanggdi BandarrUdara TebeliannSintanggKalimantan Barat. Terdiri dari aspek jumlah kursi, fasilitas belanja, restoran, ruang merokok, internet/wifi, charging station, lounge eksekutif, TV, Toilet, AC(Air Conditioner), informasi pelayanan penerbangan, serta kepuasan. Penelitianninii menggunakannmetodeepenelitian kuantitatiffdengann penyebarann kuesionerr secaraa online, teknikk samplingg yangg digunakann dalam penelitian ini adalahh teknik purposivee sampling, dengan pengambilan sampel sebanyak 50 penumpang. Analisis data dann pengujiann hipotesiss dikerjakan menggunakann analisiss regeresi linierr sederhana melalui SPSS windows release 16.0. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan H0 ditolakk dann H1 diterimaa yangg memilikii artii adanyaa pengaruhh signifikann antaraa pengaruh fasilitass ruangg tungguu terhadapp kepuasann penumpang dii Bandarr Udaraa Tebelian Sintang Kalimantan Barat.
