Abstract

AbstrakKeberadaan Bandar udara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai sangat diperlukan khususnya untuk angkutan kargo udara. Sebagai salah satu Bandar udara tersibuk di Indonesia, Bandar udara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai berperan penting sebagai pintu gerbang utama angkutan udara di wilayah Indonesia bagian tengah dan timur, distribusi barang domestik dan internasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif dimana penelitian ini       berjudul Analisis Permintaan Kargo Udara Pada Masa Pandemi di Bandar Udara I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah Karakteristik Permintaan kargo udara pada masa sebelum pandemi dan selama pandemi di Bandar udara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali terbagi menjadi 8 klasifikasi kargo yaitu Dangerous Goods, General Cargo, Live Animal, Marine Product, Newspaper, Perishable Cargo, Human Remain dan Valuable Goods. Bulan april 2019 merupakan angka tertinggi dari permintaan kargo di masa sebelum pandemi dengan jumlah 2.397.023 Kg. Kemudian, bulan februari 2020 merupakan angka terendah dari permintaan kargo udara di masa sebelum pandemi dengan jumlah 1.018.531 Kg. Perbandingan Jumlah permintaan kargo udara di bandar udara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali pada masa sebelum pandemi (2019-2020) dan selama pandemi (2020-2021) mengalami Penurunan yang drastis, yang dimana faktor yang menyebabkan penurunan tersebut yaitu tidak lain dari faktor pandemi Covid-19 yaitu di antaranya adanya kebijakan pemerintah yang memberlakukan PSBB pada tahun 2020 sebagai tanggapan terhadap penyakit Covid-19.Kata kunci: Kargo Udara, Permintaan, Perbandingan, Pandemi AbstractThe existence of I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport is very necessary, especially for air cargo transportation. As one of the busiest airports in Indonesia, I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport has an important role as the main gateway for air cargo traffic in the central and eastern regions of Indonesia, which distributes domestically and internationally. This study uses a quantitative approach where the research is entitled Analysis of Air Cargo Demand During a Pandemic Period at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport, Bali. This study uses data collection techniques with primary and secondary data collection. The results obtained are the characteristics of demand for air cargo during the pre-pandemic and during the pandemic at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali, which is divided into 8 cargo classifications, namely Dangerous Goods, General Cargo, Live Animal, Marine Product, Newspaper, Perishable Cargo, Human Remain. and Valuable Goods. April 2019 was the highest number of cargo requests in the pre-pandemic period with a total of 2,397,023 Kg. Then, February 2020 was the lowest number of air cargo requests in the pre-pandemic period with a total of 1,018,531 Kg. Comparison of the number of requests for air cargo at Bali's I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport in the period before the pandemic (2019-2020) and during the pandemic (2020-2021) experienced a drastic decline, where the factor that caused the decline was none other than the Covid pandemic factor. -19, including the government's policy to impose PSBB in 2020 in response to the Covid-19 disease.Keywords: Air Cargo, Demand, Comparison, Pandemic

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dilakukan penelitian dibuat mengetahui Jobdesk Unit Apron Movement Control (AMC) guna meningkatkan keselamatan di Air Side I gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer serta data sekunder. Akibat penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa unit AMC memiliki peran primer pada melakukan pengawasan,pengaturan, dan pelayanan pada area Airside menjamin keselamatan pergerakan di apron dan mencegah / mengurangi kecelakaan agar tercipta Safety. Hasil penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa kinerja yang dihasilkan oleh unit AMC sudah baik, telah memenuhi tugas dan fungsinya dalam SOP (Standard Operasi Prosedur) guna meningkatkan keselamatan di Air Side dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya pembagian jabatan dan posisi setiap divisi, dan Hal ini membuktikan tidak memiliki kendala, terdapat total keseluruhan tujuh puluh lima (75) unit Apron Movemnet Control (AMC), Jumlah personil unit (AMC) dalam sehari saat bertugas enam (6) Unit. Dan memiliki Strategi dengan melakukan kegiatan Rutin Operasional seperti Formulir Daily Movement Aircraft, Formulir Aviobridge Utilization Services, Safety Alert Checklist Aircraft Respsitioning, dan Parking Stand Double Nose In Form oleh Unit Apron Movement Control (AMC).Kata Kunci : Jobdeks, Apron Movemnet Control (AMC), Keselamatan AbstractThe purpose of this research is to find out about the Jobdesk Unit Apron Movement Control (AMC) in order to improve safety on Air Side I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport Bali. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. As a result of this research, it proves that the AMC unit has a primary  role in supervising, regulating, and providing services in the Airside area, ensuring the safety of movement on the apron and preventing / reducing accidents in order to create safety. The results of this study also prove that the performance produced by the AMC unit is good, has fulfilled its duties and functions in the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) to improve safety on the Air Side in carrying out its duties and functions in the division of positions and positions of each division, and this proves not have problems, there are a total of seventy five (75) Apron Movemnet Control (AMC) units, the number of unit personnel (AMC) in  a day while on duty is six (6) units. And have a Strategy by carrying out Routine Operational activities such as the Aircraft Daily Movement Form, Aviobridge Utilization Services Form, Safety Alert Checklist Aircraft Response, and Parking Stand Double Nose In Form by the Apron Movement Control Unit (AMC).Keywords: Jobdeks, Apron Movemnet Control (AMC), Safety.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi untuk literatur pemasaran jasa dengan memeriksa kinerja karyawan, dan dengan mengintegrasikan literatur tentang komitmen manajemen dalam keterlibatan karyawan. Oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara komitmen manajemen terhadap kualitas pelayanan dan kinerja karyawan,. pengaruh antara komitmen manajemen terhadap kualitas layanan dan keterlibatan karyawan, pengaruh antara keterlibatan karyawan dan kinerja karyawan dan menganalisis keterlibatan Karyawan memiliki peran mediasi antara komitmen manajemen terhadap kualitas pelayanan dan kinerja karyawan di Bandara Internasional Adi Sutjipto. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian kausal, karena perlu melihat satu variabel atau lebih menyebabkan atau menjadi determinan terhadap variabel lain. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menarik sampel adalah purposive sampling merupakan metode memilih sampel yang mempunyai ciri-ciri tertentu yang berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan teknik struktural equation model (SEM) dengan menggunakan PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara komitmen manajemen terhadap kualitas pelayanan dan kinerja karyawan, Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara komitmen manajemen terhadap kualitas layanan dan keterlibatan karyawan, Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara keterlibatan karyawan dan kinerja karyawan dan Keterlibatan Karyawan memiliki peran mediasi antara komitmen manajemen terhadap kualitas pelayanan dan kinerja karyawan. Saran Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan fakta yang terjadi bahwa motivasi kerja dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan apabila karyawan memiliki tanggung jawab/responsibility dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Upaya-upaya yang dapat dilakukan supaya dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yaitu: meningkatkan kesadaran kepada karyawan bahwa karyawan memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam memajukan perusahaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out what are the impacts experienced in the implementation of commercial flights at the Military Airport at General Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang and to find out the strategy of merging Military Airports in commercial flight activities at General Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang. This type of research is using qualitative research. Data collection instruments through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study stated that in the application of the rules regarding the use of military airports in commercial flights at General Ahmad Yani International Airport, Semarang, there was no significant impact on commercial flights because the operational activities of the two parties were carried out in different building locations but still using the same runway. The same.

Abstract

Selling airplane tickets through E-Commerce is an aviation business that has recently been quite popular among the public. Sales of airplane tickets both domestically and abroad in various E-Commerce show the high level of purchasing airplane tickets. Recently, the growth of E-Commerce, which sells airplane tickets, has been growing rapidly. With the development of E-Commerce, it has made it easier for passengers to buy airplane tickets, one of which is the Traveloka E-Commerce because it is an application that prioritizes ticket and hotel search programs. Apart from that, Traveloka also has unique and interesting original content. This study uses quantitative data. The data used in this study were taken from primary data based on questionnaires distributed to passengers at New Yogyakarta Airport for the time period for conducting the research, namely September 1 - October 31, 2022. With a total of 120 people, the data analysis technique used was Regression Analysis Simple Linear, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination. The results of this study can be concluded that the results of testing the hypothesis using the F-Test to find out whether there is an effect of online airplane ticket discounts through Traveloka.com on passenger satisfaction at the Yogyakarta international airport, from the calculation results of the F-Test shows the value of fcount 0.859008 ftable = 0.575879. It is very clear that H1 is accepted. The magnitude of the influence of discounted online airline tickets through Traveloka.com on the Y variable of passenger satisfaction is known and the correlation value = 0.7722 (Very Strong) and the coefficient of determination is 84% (influence). While the remaining 16% is caused by other factors not examined by researchers.

Abstract

Social media marketing is a means to fulfill all needs. Social media marketing is used in Sriwijaya Air by promoting tickets through social media so that people know the information. This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing on ticket sales for Sriwijaya Air and to determine how much influence social media marketing has on ticket sales for Sriwijaya Air at Ahmad Yani Airport in Semarang. This research is a quantitative study using non probability sampling, with a sample size of 100 passengers and an error rate of 5%. The data collection process uses a questionnaire and the data analysis used is simple linear regression and the coefficient of determination then the data processing uses the SPSS 26 application. The results of this study indicate that the Social Media Marketing variable has a significant effect on Sriwijaya Air ticket sales at Ahmad Yani Airport Semarang with sig (0.000 <0.05). Furthermore, the coefficient of determination is obtained as much as 0.577, this means that the influence of Social Media Marketing on ticket sales of Sriwijaya Air airline is 57.7%.
