Abstract

AbstrakDisamping dari kerugian materil, pandemi covid-19 ini juga menyebabkan adanya kebjikan-kebijakan baru seperti harus menerapkan protokol kesehatan, penutupan layanan sementara dan kebijakan terkait kompensasi pegawai serta adanya perubahan situasi dalam dunia kerja. Dengan adanya penyediaan fasilitas-fasilitas yang memadai dapat mampu memberikan kenyamanan, kemudahan, dan keamanan bagi para penumpang dalam menilai suatu kualitas pelayanan. Kepuasan penumpang akan sangat berpengaruh pada saat covid-19 terhadap pengembangan fasilitas ruang tunggu yang diberikan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujua untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas ruang tunggu domestik pada saat            pandemi Covid-19 terhadap tingkat kepuasan penumpang di terminal Bandar Udara Supadio Pontianak, dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh fasilitas ruang tunggu  domestik pada saat pandemi Covid-19 terhadap tingkat kepuasan penumpang di terminal Bandar Udara Supadio Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuntitatif dengan seluruh penumpang yang berada di ruang tunggu terminal domestik Bandar Udara Internasional Supadio Pontianak selama masa Pandemi Covid-19 sebagai subyek penelitian. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden yang ditentukan dengan rumus solvin. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut, 1) Variabel Kepuasan Penumpang berpengaruh terhadap variable Fasilitas Ruang Tunggu pada saat Pandemi Covid 19 di Bandar Udara Internasional Supadio Pontianak. 2) Variabel Kepuasan Penumpang berpengaruh terhadap variabel Fasilitas Ruang Tunggu domestik dengan persentase sebesar 82,8% sedangkan sisanya 100%-82%= 17,2% di pengaruhi oleh factor lain yang tidak di teliti.Kata Kunci: Fasilitas Ruang Tunggu Domestik, Covid-19, Kepuasan Penumpang, Bandar Udara Supado AbstractIn addition to material losses, the Covid-19 pandemic has also caused new policies such as having to implement health protocols, temporary service closures and policies related to employee compensation as well as changes in the situation in the world of work. With the provision of adequate facilities, it can be able to provide comfort, convenience, and safety for passengers in assessing a quality of service. Passenger satisfaction will greatly affect the covid-19 period on the development of the waiting room facilities provided. This study aims to determine the influence of domestic waiting room facilities during the Covid-19 pandemic on the level of passenger satisfaction at the Pontianak Supadio Airport terminal, and to find out how much influence domestic waiting room facilities during the Covid-19 pandemic have on the level of passenger satisfaction at the Pontianak Supadio Airport terminal. This study used the kuntitative method with all passengers in the waiting room of the domestic terminal of Supadio Pontianak International Airport during the Covid-19 Pandemic as the subject of the study. The number of research samples was 100 respondents determined by the solvin formula. From the research conducted, the following results were obtained, 1) Passenger Satisfaction Variables affect the waiting room facilities variable during the Covid-19 Pandemic at Pontianak Supadio International Airport. 2) The Passenger Satisfaction variable affects the domestic Waiting Room Facility variable with a percentage of 82.8% while the remaining 100%-82%= 17.2% is influenced by other factors that are not studied.Keywords: Domestic Waiting Room Facilities, Covid-19, Passenger Satisfaction, Supado Airport
