AbstrakDalam penanganan penumpang biasanya setiap airline akan mengalihkan wewenangnya kepada jasa ground handling, karena pihak airline senidiri hanya bertindak sebagai operasionalnya. Salah satunya adalah penanganan terhadap penumpang yang membutuhkan perhatian khusus atau special passanger seperti (Ibu Hamil, Lansia, dan Unaccompained Minor), dimana penanganan penumpang yang termasuk dalam kategori ini di butuhkan ketelitian antara lain dalam pengurusan dokumen, sarana yang di butuhkan serta prosedur penanganan manual yang ditetapkan berdasarkan standar operasional. Penelitian dengan judul “ Analisis Penanganan Penumpang Kebutuhan Khusus (Ibu Hamil, Lansia, dan Unaccompained Minor) Pada Maskapai Citilink di Bandara Internasional Adi Soermarmo “, dengan metode kualitatif. Sumber data yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan dokumen pada Maskapai Citilink di Bandara Adi Soemarmo. Analisis data menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara penanganan penumpang apakah sudah sesuai atau belum dan faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pada penumpang berkebutuhan khusus (Ibu Hamil, Lansia, dan Unaccompained Minor) di Bandara Internasional Adi Soemarmo.Kata Kunci : Penanganan Penumpang Kebutuhan Khusus, Faktor Pengaruh, Maskapai Citilink, Bandara Internasional Adi Soemarmo AbstractIn handling passengers, usually each airline will transfer its authority to ground handling services, because the airline only acts as its operation.
