Abstract

AbstractTechnological developments in the era of globalization are increasingly sophisticated, making it easier for all people to access information. One of them is the application of the Automatic Fingerprint Identification System Attendance, which is a tool that really helps employees in attendance. In this research, it is useful to make effective use of fingerprint attendance so that it is easy for a company to control employee attendance. This study uses quantitative methods with the population in this study are all employees of PT. Gapura Angkasa at YIA Airport, while the sample in this study was 30 people which was defined as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, sampling techniques were generally carried out randomly, data collection using research instrument, data analysis is quantitative or statistical in nature with the aim of testing the established hypothesis. The results of this study based on the t-test in this study resulted in a significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 and has a t-count value of 9.254 which is greater than t-table 1.701, which means that the variable x effectiveness of fingerprint attendance affects the variable y of the discipline of PT Gapura Angkasa employees. The magnitude of the effect given from the variable x is 0.754 as evidenced by the value of R square which is 0.754 which is equal to 75.4%. other variables that are not included in this research variable.Keywords: Effectiveness, Fingerprint, Discipline

Abstract

Dengan adanya  Light Rail Transit (LRT)  Bandar Udara Internasional  Sultan Mahmud Badarudin II Palembang  diharapkan mampu untuk memudahkan dan mempercepat mobilitas masyarakat Palembang karena mempunyai waktu tempuh yang relatif singkat untuk menuju Bandar Udara Internasional Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Palembang karena mempunyai jalur khusus bebas hambatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah  untuk mengetahui pengaruh Light Rail Transit (LRT) terhadap ketepatan waktu keberangkatan penumpang Bandar Udara Internasional Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Palembang serta untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Light Rail Transit (LRT) terhadap ketepatan waktu keberangkatan penumpang Bandar Udara Internasional Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan Januari 2024 berlokasi di Bandar Udara Sultan Mahmud Badarudin II. Teknik pengumpulan data primer merupakan data utama yang dianalisis dalam penelitian atau data yang diperoleh langsung dari sampel penelitian berupa data yang berasal dari pengisian kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji T, uji F, dan analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji R2. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Berdasarkan dari hasil pengujian hipotesis uji t menggunakan SPSS dapat diperoleh nilai signifikansi (Sig) adalah 0.000. Karena nilai Sig. ≤ 0.05, sesuai dasar pengambilan keputusan pada uji t maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang artinya  terdapat pengaruh Light Rail Transit (LRT) Terhadap Ketepatan Waktu Keberangkatan Penumpang  Di  Bandar Udara Internasional Sultan Mahmud Badarudin II Palembang. Dan berdasarkan Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis koefisien determinasi menggunakan SPSS dapat diperoleh nilai adjusted R Square sebesar 0.484. Hal tersebut memiliki arti bahwa Light Rail Transit (LRT) berpengaruh terhadap Ketepatan Waktu sebesar 48,4%.

Abstract

Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport has the task of maintaining facilities. The airside area is one of the facilities that must be considered. The unit responsible for flight operations while on the airside is the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit. Efforts made by the AMC unit so that flight activities run smoothly are communicating effectively with the Air Traffic Controller (ATC) unit when determining the location of the aircraft parking stand. However, the AMC and ATC units of Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport often find obstacles in conducting effective communication. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of communication towards parking stand arrangements by AMC and ATC units at Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport. This research method uses qualitative methods based on observation, interviews and documentation, and is presented in descriptive form. The research was conducted with 5 resource persons in charge of the Apron Movement Control (AMC) and Air Traffic Controller (ATC) units at Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport. Based on the results of interviews, observations and research conducted directly by the author, it shows that the effectiveness of communication carried out by the Apron Movement Control (AMC) and Air Traffic Controller (ATC) units regarding the location of parking stands at Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport has not been effective due to frequent obstacles in communication caused by sudden schedule changes and inadequate communication tools.
