Abstract

Coffee consumption in Indonesia is increasing along with the growth of coffee production in Indonesia. Kopi Kenangan is a coffee beverage producer that takes advantage of this opportunity. However, one of its outlets experienced low visitors. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the effect of consumer perceptions, namely Perception of Product Quality and Price Perception on Purchase Intention as moderated by Service Quality. This study uses quantitative methods and the sample used in this study amounted to 193 respondents using purposive sampling technique with the criteria that they already know the Kenangan Coffee brand and have tried processed coffee drinks. The research data processing used SPSS version 25, and the results showed that Perception of Product Quality and Perception of Price respectively had a significant effect on Purchase Intention, and Service Quality did not play a role as a moderating variable both in the effect of Perception of Product Quality on Purchase Intention, and in the Price Perception of Purchase Intention.

Abstract

Pempek in the Kemayoran area has a unique product taste, which is a taste that fits the taste of Jakarta people without losing its Palembang specialty that cannot be found elsewhere. There are also many small and medium-sized pempek businesses there, one of which is Pempek G Putra, which has been selling since 1990. This study aims to see whether the variables storing atmosphere, location and menu variations have a significant effect on purchasing decisions in Pempek G Putra amidst many rivals. The survey method with questionnaires through google form to 201 respondents, data filling techniques purposive sampling and non-probability sampling techniques, the results were tested with SPSS version 25. The results showed that the menu variation variables significantly influence purchasing decisions in Pempek G Putra, while the atmosphere store and location have no significant effect on purchasing decisions. Pempek G Putra can do decorations when there are certain events by using the services of an event organizer and must keep the parking lot clean by making cleaning schedules for employees.

Abstract

This purpose aims to determine how much influence the experiential marketing has on repurchasing Lakuna Kopi products. This research is a quantitative study using the SPSS Statistics 20 program with a sample of 160 respondents who are Lakuna Coffee consumers who have already made repeat purchases using nonprobability sampling and purposive sampling techniques. From the results of the hypothesis analysis it states that experiential marketing has a significant effect on repeat purchases; the five experiential marketing sub-variables have a significant simultaneous re-purchase effect. Judging from Sense Marketing, researchers suggest that Lakuna Kopi owners make cleanliness (SM3) an important point

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere and location on consumer satisfaction and its impact on purchasing decisions survey on consumers as spicy as neng Ochie. This research is quantitative method research. The sample is consumers of seblak spicy nengochie with a total sampel 200 respondents. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Hypotesisis testing method using t test and linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that the shop atmosphere has significant effect on customer satisfaction. Location has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Store atmosphere and location have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on customer satisfaction, storeatmosphere, location and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, shop atmosphere through consumer satisfaction with purchasing decisions. Location through consumer satisfaction with purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Reference Group and Online Customer Review on buying interest in the Kei Hobby Shop. There are three variables in this study that include the Reference Group, Online Customer Review and buying interest. Researchers used quantitative methods and samples used in this study amounted to 151 respondents who knew the Kei Hobby Shop. The technique used in this study was purposive sampling which was part of non probability sampling. The research data analyzed using SPSS 21 showed that the Reference Group variable had influence on buying interest and the variable Online Customer Review has an influence on buying interest in Kei Hobby Shop.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and interpersonal communication on employee job satisfaction at PT. Temastbk. There are three variables in this study which include the work environment, interpersonal communication and employee job satisfaction. This study uses quantitative methods by calculating the distribution of questionnaires using paper questionnaires as its distribution to 62 respondents who are employees of PT. Temas Tbk. Sampling in this study, using a saturated sample which is part of non-probability sampling and data analysis used using the SPSS 13 application. The results show that the work environment variable has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction, while interpersonal communication has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Simultaneously, these two variables have a significant effect on the employee job satisfaction variable. Keywords: work environment, interpersonal communication, job satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this research, to know the influence of job description and job placement on employee performance at Suku Dinas Kependudukan and Pecatatan Sipil Jakarta Pusat. The study discusses the dimensions of the research variables that are then examined to determine the effect between variables and objects. This research uses quantitative methods through survey surveys distributed through Google form to 53 respondents that were then processed using SPSS version 23 with sampling method is non probability sampling. Hypothesis test result (test T) that job description significant effect on employee performance of Buy with T count of 2.274 ≥ t table 2.00856. Job placement significant effect on employee performance with T count of 4.040 ≥ t table 2.00856 with Coefficient of determination of 65.6%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the application of standard operating procedures (SOP) and leadership style on employee performance at PT. Maju Kemuliaan Bersama Jaya in sampling using non-probability sampling saturated, with the number of respondents as many as 55 employees. This study uses quantitative methods. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The analysis in this study uses classical assumption test and hypothesis test using multiple linear regression test, determination test, T test and F test with SPSS22 program. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership Style has a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Leadership Style have a significant effect on employee performance.
