Abstract

Mulyasari Village, Ciampel District, Karawang Regency is one of the villages located in the Citarum watershed (DAS). Like other villages located in the watershed area, Mulyasari Village also faces a waste problem. One type is household waste. In most people in Mulyasari Village, all waste is deemed useless and must be disposed of. In fact, with proper management through micro and small scale businesses, waste can have economic value that can increase household income. In this regard, community service activities (PkM) regarding community economic empowerment through micro and small enterprises based on household waste are a response to efforts to provide solutions to the community regarding the problems faced by household waste. This PkM activity aims to introduce and disseminate the economic value of waste to the community, as the beginning of community empowerment activities more broadly. The form of activity is counseling and training and mentoring to achieve the objectives of the activity, the PkM implementation team uses communication and education methods using lecture and question and answer techniques and discussions. Activities have been running smoothly on September 19, 2019. The target partners of the activities are groups of the general public who are economically non-productive, with 46 participants. The participants responded positively to the PkM activity. The results of the evaluation of the activities recommended that this PkM program be continued with a follow-up PkM which was more directed at practical activities and mentoring

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pada santri mengenai bagaimana merintis sebuah usaha yang berdaya saing tinggi dan menjadi seorang pengusaha tangguh. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan secara daring mengingat situasi pandemi saat ini, namun tidak mengurangi semangat dan antusiasme para santri terhadap materi yang diberikan. Sesuai tema kegiatannya, materi yang diberikan pada kegiatan PkM ini adalah kewirausahaan, baik dalam membangun spirit wirausaha, perencanaan, pengelolaan serta pengawasan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja usaha dan lain sebagainya. Baik peserta maupun Pengasuh Ponpes Madinah Al-Hijrah sangat mengapresiasi kegiatan ini dan menilai bahwa pembekalan yang diberikan kepada para guru dan santri sangat bermanfaat untuk melahirkan pengusaha-pengusaha mudah yang tangguh. Waktu nanti yang akan membuktikan. Dalam hal ini pendidikan kewirausahaan saja tidak cukup, dibutuhkan juga faktorfaktor krusial lainnya terutama akses ke teknologi termasuk teknologi digital, modal, dan informasi; kemampuan berinovasi; budaya bisnis yang mendukung; dan iklim usaha yang kondusif.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the development of a Smart Governance measurement framework to create a sustainable Bandung Smart City. The measurement of Smart Governance identifies the potential of Bandung city and analyzes what indicators play a major role in the dimensions of Smart Governance, as well as implying government policy as a bridge between the community and the government in making decisions. This research uses Mixed Method (Quantitative and Qualitative). The data were processed using SPSS 25 and LISREL 8.80 app, with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the testing based on Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) theory, which is used to support quantitative data. For qualitative data, researchers conducted interviews with stakeholders who were directly involved in the development of Bandung Smart City. The Smart City variable from the Smart Governance Dimension has 4 Sub-dimensions which have standardizes factor loading which explains that all sub-dimensions are meaningful and significant to the Smart Governance Dimension namely Leadership Stakeholders: Mayor, Deputy Mayor, and OPD of (0.83) , Governance Transparency (0.97), Community participation in decision making (0.59), and Infrastructure (0.94). Where the value of CR (0.91), and AVE (0.72). For further research, it is recommended to examine a broader dimension of Smart City, which include Smart Economy, Smart People, Smart Mobility, Smart Environment, Smart Living, Smart Branding, Smart Energy, Smart Society, along with other stakeholders such as relevant government agencies, colleges, entrepreneurs, medical teams and others.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Trisakti memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa tentang bagaimana memulai usaha dari tahap awal sampai dengan tahap membuat perencanaan bisnis dan keuangan para peserta yaitu mahasiswa yang sedang menempuh Pendidikan D-1 di sekolah Kewirausahaan Bina Amanah Cordova agar dapat menjadi pengusaha UMKM muda yang sukses. PKM dilaksanakan dengan metode pelatihan persuasif dengan memberikan pelatihan praktis tentang tahap-tahap menjalankan usaha mulai dari pengertian, memilih ide bisnis hingga proses membuat perencanaan keuangan. Pelatihan yang dilakukan memberikan hasil meningkatnya kemampuan peserta dalam memilih ide usaha dari 37 % menjadi 65 % , memilih cara memasarkan produk yang tepat dari 27 % menjadi 85 % , membuat rencana usaha dari 22 % menjadi 78%.
